I have some varaince being captured in click stream for natural traffic down by 26% when comparing it against adobe analytics data
why would this happen ?

this trend was observed only for specific few dates in a month no key trend like weekend or week day.

The impact is not much but thought of investigating.

Hi @rohitna1, is it only natural traffic that is down by 26%? What is the variance for your total traffic? Understanding if it's limited to that segment of traffic or if it's impacting everything can help determine what is happening.

Key things to check:

- make sure that there are no days/hours that are missing data. It is possible that one (or more) of the files didn't drop or load properly, causing missing data

- make sure that any segments, VRS settings, etc. that you have in workspace are replicated in your SQL query too

- make sure that your definition of 'natural traffic' matches between workspace and the data lake

Hi @rohitna1 ,

It will be very difficult to answer without looking at what report you are looking at in Adobe Analytics and how are you calculating the numbers through clickstream data.

So, if you can share more details around that it will be helpful in understanding what is happening.

Cheers!
