Hi All, May I know if there is any specific reason why Excel becomes unresponsive while logging in using Report Builder? It also takes more time than expected. Could anyone from the community provide suggestions on this?

Hi,We at Striim are working on building a reader for Adobe Analytics. In the developer console, we have created a project for Adobe experience cloud and analytics. We have created a OAuth Web API and are using the client ID and secret to make the authorization calls and token generation calls. The question is can someone, outside of Striim Technology partner account, be able to authorize and generate tokens using Striim's OAuth web API. Is there a way to support multi tenancy where Striim using the OAuth web API, can access the user's instance after authorization by the user, and read user's data ? 

Hi everyone,Can you please help me with the below scenarioI'm looking at my orders with Marketing channels with attribution (First, last & Linear) look back window of 30 daysI'm seeing Typed/Bookmarked referrer data under both channels - "DIRECT" & "NONE" for both app & website& Please have a look at the image of marketing channel processing rule for "DIRECT" (attached)for mobile app - when you launch the app, you literally land on the home page and obviously, there will be no referrer in this case (there will be no typed/bookmarked) as wellIn this case, there is no referrer that exist - the traffic should be "DIRECT", but we are getting traffic to "NONE" as wellComing to the website, we are able to see typed/bookmarked as a referrer under both "DIRECT" & "NONE", how it is possible ?   as per the processing rule - "DIRECT", the condition is that, "REFERRER does not exist" on the 1st hit of the user's visit. it means that subsequent hits will be attrib

I was recently working with a client who had some interesting questions. In general, he wanted to see different derivations of how long products had been in the shopping cart prior to being purchased. Some of his detailed questions included:Of all visitors hitting my website today, how many already have items in their Shopping Cart (which is persistent on this website)?For those visiting the site today, for how long have they had items in their Shopping Cart? (i.e. 1 Day, 10 Days, etc…)?At the time visitors purchase items, for how many days had they had items in the Shopping Cart?Is it possible to see cart duration by product?

Hi teamI wanted to set report suite name in adobe analytics websdk migration. I am not getting this option. Can someone guide me where I can set the report suite name.I was new to websdk.

In my Adobe CJA connections, I am not seeing any records after establishing the connection. However, in my dataset within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), I can see data totaling approximately 2.36M records, but it is not being added to Adobe CJA. I have tried using both lookup and event schemas. I created a timestamp field and mapped it to one of the fields in my source data flow. Similarly, I mapped the identity field, naming it "Quote ID." I cannot use the timestamp which is already provided by XDM Experience Event because I don't have any field in my source which has Map data type. I followed all the steps in AEP, including creating the schema, setting up data flows in Sources (using Salesforce), and creating the dataset. The data flow appears to be functioning according to the specified time interval, currently set to 15 hours and add records within AEP. I even tried reducing it to 1 hour, but the issue persists with records coming up in Adobe CJA. Despite completin

I am  getting  error on a form submit call in iphone devices and form submits are not being tracked for one particular form. May I know what may be cause for this issue? It was working fine in website. Is there any thing we need to do from Analytics or Tags side.

Hello friends, I've used Adobe Analytics (product admin, Workspace, tag manager, etc) since Omniture, I chose to focus 2025 to revamp my Adobe related career by getting into CJA (thinking also AEP/SDK and Target) I'm trying to decide which CJA certification will help me get a job sooner.I happen to enjoy both tech and business sides of analytics and being that I have experience in the field, I wonder if I should go for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer Expert, although harder wondering if it can increase my chances as I could potentially do good if interviewed for Adobe Customer Journey Business Practitioner Professional roles,  or if doing biz practitioner is the fastest way to get my foot in the door. Does each certification leads to different paths, one business the other technical? I'd also like to learn about market demand, salaries and growth opportunities based on Q1 2025 predictions. Thanks! Rafael

Hi, I'd like to start sending new values to an already created list2 variable that isn't in use. The configuration in Analytics is currently as follows: . We've got an existing custom event configured in Data Collection that tracks and action and send information to Analytics about the user selection within a dropdown on page. This information about the customer choice is sent to Analytics via a standard eVar. All ok with the event and the population of the existing eVar. Now we've got the requirement to send, along with the existing eVar, the same values but in this case to the lis2 variable. I've tried to start sending the required values to the list2 variable using the custom code feature within the very same event as follows:  I'm using the same custom dimension that I've used for the standar eVar (already working fine) but I can't see the list2 variable when I check the Analytics' server call in the console.  I've tried with this other

I am trying to find out how to identify the device type of a hit (Mobile Phone, Tablet, Set-top Box for example) in the Adobe Data Feed files.  I'm wondering if it can be obtained from the mobile_attributes.tsv file (we don't currently have this file, so I don't know what values each column contains).  Also, I read the documentation about the mobile attributes file, can someone explain why we cannot get the mobile_attributes.tsv file if we have the user_agent column included in the hit data feed?

We have connected our SharePoint Online intranet to Adobe Analytics in the hopes of tracking metrics on all "story" (or article) pages easier, but we're finding the SharePoint page views and Adobe Analytics page views aren't lining up. Most times, the difference is within about 500 views, but once in a while, there's a greater discrepancy. Hi,We're currently getting ready to switch over to CJA and Web SDK and looking for any advice or experience in migrating Launch extensions to work in the Web SDK world. In particular, we're using the Launch extensions for Quantum Metric and Medallia. Has anyone done such a migration? Is it all work done on client side or do the extension partner need to be involved?

I created a project with Credential OAuth Web and API Adobe Analytics. Here's the scope. Question1: how to get user infoI found that if I add email or profile to scope during authorization, I'll get xxxxx?error=invalid_scope. So when I tried to get user info, I'll only get sub field. Are there any way to change scope so I could get user info in identity token or with the get userinfo API? I found a workaround to get user info but as it's not documented in https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/UserAuthentication/IMS it's quite strange for me. I found that user info is returned when during fetching access token and refresh token. Hi! I am working on dashboards for my marketing organization. I run into issues while creating different visualizations based on marketing channel data. For example, in the below donut chart, Natural Search is blue due to it having the highest volume of visits. However, when I create a bar chart that shows visits x channel x month, Direct is blue because of how the freeform table has to be set up for that specific visualization. This can be pretty confusing for my team members who use this reporting. Is there a way to lock the order of these channels so that no matter what page/date range users are looking at the marketing channel legends stay aligned?  

Hi! Is it possible to see all marketing touch points a Visitor has had? Right now, all I can see are the usual Last and First touch, but what if I wanted to see all the channels in between? 

In legacy Analytics for mobile, there was a setting to collect and cache offline transactions on the local device then send those hits once the user was online. There is no such option for this when implementing with AEP EDGE for MobileSDK. I see in Assurance that an offline device tries to send those hits while still offline and the hits fail. Is this available and possible when using the AEP extension in a Mobile Launch property for MobileSDK?

Hi, We need to track the products that users add to their cart in our mobile app. Currently, we are fully dependent on the app developers. We will provide the code for tracking products in the cart, and they will integrate that code into the app. Additionally, we are not using 'Data collection'(Adobe Launch) at this time. Can anyone please share the code details to track products on the Cart Page?

Hi Team,I was reviewing the IP exclusion rules article (link) and noticed there is no mention of IPv6.As far as I know, it is supported, but I wanted to confirm its use for internal networks.If my internal IPv6 address starts with 2001, should it be listed for exclusion as a regular external IP address?Also, is the limit still 50 IP addresses for exclusions? Thinking if I should continue leveraging classification rules instead and add ipv6 addresses. Thank you,

Hi, We are trying to ensure accuracy in our Time Spent/Page Metric. We want to exclude Page Views of a page for single page visits (in other words, only include page views in the denominator that aren't a single page visit. We currently don't have that segment for the numerator (total seconds spent). Do we need to have that segment in the numerator to get this metric correct? In Adobe, we put this calculated metric on a freeform table with a segment of the hit of the page we are interested in above it and then our dimension is usually month.Any thoughts to help? Thanks!

Hi, We migrated our iOS app to the MobileSDK recently and experienced a drop in iOS visits in Adobe Analytics. We believe the drop is caused by a bug with App Id not being captured correctly in the Lifecycle Metrics when the app launches. We use Lifecycle metrics in our Mobile Launch property and in the iOS code. How do we make sure that App Id is captured on every visit in the MobileSDK? Is there any other reason that the migration to the MobileSDK could trigger a drop in iOS visits specifically? Thank you if you have any insights!
