Description - When adding permissions for user you can currently give them Analytics Workspace access and the ability to create Segments and/or Metrics, however this same permission allows them to share reports, segment and metrics with anyone else. The suggestion is to split off the share permission as a separate permission(s). Why is this feature important to you - We're more than happy for users to create their own reports, and to create segments and metrics in order to complete whatever reporting or analysis they need. However these may not be documented properly or defined correctly so we want to impose governance and check reports/segments/metrics are defined correctly and are not copies of existing company wide segments/metrics, etc before anything is shared. Adding this feature allows us to reduce confusion around which reports/segments/metrics to use, guarantee they are correct, and give end-users greater faith then the data they see is correct. How would you like th

Description - A "week of year" dimension, that functions similarly to the "month of year" dimension item. "Month of year" allows for year-over-year comparisons at a monthly level and can produce a view where the user can see the raw numbers for current year and previous year along with the percent change between the two time frames.Why is this feature important to you - I would like to be able to do year-over-year comparisons at the week level where I can also see the percent change. How would you like the feature to work - In the same manner as the "month of year" dimension. The values could be 1-52 (sometimes 53) or even better, the month of year and week of the month, for example, "April week 1".Current Behaviour -In current state, I can only add a time period column, which allows me to see the raw metrics for each time frame but does not allow me to see the percent change.

Description - Unable to associate lookup dataset with multiple datasets within the same connection. Why is this feature important to you - It's such an important piece that is missing; if this is not given, I cannot make meaningful reports or spend more time creating my mapping in CJA.  How would you like the feature to work - Give the flexibility to associate lookup with multiple datasets.  Current Behaviour - While setting up connections, I am ingesting multiple event datasets, a profile dataset, and a lookup dataset in CJA. However, I can associate lookup with only one dataset. 

I recently created an SDR within the AA workspace project.  The thinking is that users should be encouraged to use the AA workspace tool as much as possible, as compared to generating an excel based SDR that has to be stored externally.   Some examples of what I built 1) a picture of the different sections of the SDR -    2) a picture of the different panels, one for each variable (props illustrated) indicated its number, its name and whether or not the variable is enabled   3) an overview of a specific variable details.   I get that there are some items in this example that might not be easy to automate, like the BRD reference number with a hyperlink,    but I think it would be great to have a tool in the AA admin areas that would generate an SDR template within Workspace grabbing all the information it can from the AA admin area report suite traffic and conversion variable screens.  UX:  The admin would click a button, the script wo

So I select a bunch of report suites and go to edit the classifications to make them consistent. "The classifications for this report do not match for all report suites. Only classifications that match exactly can be viewed and edited across report suites." Now wouldn't it be helpful to tell me which report suites aren't exactly the same?

Description -Why is this feature important to you - we make informed strategic business decisions based on the data available to us. We require the ability to export large data sets from the Adobe Analytics platform that can be modified and presented to leadership, cross functional teams, and for analysis purposes. In order to do this, we need to utilize data warehouse requests. How would you like the feature to work - we would like the data warehouse tool to me more flexible to allow for basic functionality. The ability to edit, modify, and delete data warehouse requests does not exist yet should be bare minimum functions given how important and expensive the Adobe Analytics platform is for publishers.   Current Behaviour - we cannot edit a data warehouse request that has been completed nor can we delete data warehouse requests. We can only inactivate them which doesn't help with organization and also creates confusion. Being restricted to the current function

Description - it would be great to have the ability to combine AND and OR logical operators in segments/ filter. Why is this feature important to you - let me bring an example here. I work in the education industry and we are responsible for communicating students about a variaety of subjects. For the businesses teams, technical details are irrelevant, they just want to see how communications are performing (note that we use AJO). For example, enrollment team wants to see enrollment results. Therefore, I would like to develop a CJA report with a segment like (Campaign Name contains enrollment OR Journey Name contains enrollment OR customActionJourneyName contains enrollment) AND not test event AND Journey Name does not contains count. Two important notes here:1. we currently use SMS as custom action. So the journey name for SMS is stored in a non-native AEP dataset. For AJO emails, journey name is stored in ajo_entity_dataset normally. In this situation, I am unable to c

Description -We want to move from legacy report builder to new report builder but when looking for calculated metrics across many report suits we have more than one with the same name. The description doesn't display on hover and searching metrics with tags is not an option.How would you like the feature to work - another box in the panel where you can search by tag or display the description on right click or hoverCurrent Behaviour - No way of telling which is the correct calculated metric/ segment if they have the same name for different report suites. Description - I would want to receive customized alerts dashboards. Imagine clicking "Analyze Further" and it shows supplementary information for each alerts so users dont have to manually dig deeper.Why is this feature important to you - This would alleviate a lot of the work and troubleshooting required once an alert is triggered.How would you like the feature to work - we configure a specific dashboard to be sent along with each alert. Current Behavior - We only receive the default alert analysis which shows the last 30 days or longer of the underlying metric trend

Usually name of variables / metrics / segments, but also their value, are something really technical. That kind of values absolutely do not suit the needs of top management who cannot read technical description.Also, when we do complex workspace the name of column is hidden because no space available in layout. So, why dont allow to overwrite and change color of any string we have into column/row head or cell?

Please add the ability to grant to users view-only access to Admin sections. We need to grant to other users to see, for example, Report Suites's list and related information, variables, events and other useful sections, but this isn't possible at the moment - users with access to these areas automatically receive edit permissions.

Hi,when I create calculated metrics or segments for one data view, they also appear in other data views of my sandbox, if they are based on they use the same underlying schema. At first glance this looks good if you consider setting up a dev and prod data view and you only need to setup the calculated metrics and segments once. However, if the one data view based on which the calculated metric or segment was setup is modified or deleted, the calculated metrics and segments are not working anymore in the other other data view. Thus, it is required to setup the same calculated metric and segment in both data views. The issue here is that both calculated metrics and segments show up in each dataview in the workspace. However, for the analyst who creates a report the calculated metrics and segments of other data views are irrelevant.Please develop the option to show the calculated metric or segment only in the data view for which it was created. This would be much more user friendly. 

I would appreciate a simpler way of adding screenshots into Analytics reports in Adobe Workspace to create more detailed and visually informative reports for stakeholders. At present, the only available method to embed an image within a Workspace project is by using a Text visualization, where you can insert an image through a hosted URL.

Description - Adobe to provide more access restrictions levels to CJAWhy is this feature important to you - I can restrict access to around 1000+ users who can potentially create reports with wrong dimensions and segments that would end up being shared across the company.How would you like the feature to work - to provide Read only access to stakeholders who has less experience with the tool and provide ability to change report suite/ Data ranges.Current Behaviour - We just have read only access or edit access. problem with read only access is that the user cannot change report suites or date ranges. That just limits them completely. 

Description - Please add ability to either multi-select report suites, or add a bulk import for adding them Why is this feature important to you - Managing classification sets across many report suites is a PITA when you have to do it one at a time.  How would you like the feature to work - Change the current UI from single rsid dropdown to be multi-select, OR, add new text area option to copy/paste list to bulk import / fill in fields.  Current Behaviour - Report Suites can only be selected one at a time

DescriptionAlerts are a popular way to notify users that an anomaly or data issue has occurred. The alerts manager page allows users (and admins) to view which alerts have been created, including the expiration date and date modified, but does not show when the alert was last triggered or how many times it was triggered over the last 30 days. Why is this feature important to youKnowing how often an alert was triggered can let users (and admins) know if alerts are still useful, whether alerts may need definition changes, or whether an alert is happening so often that an underlying issue should be prioritized. How would you like the feature to workAdd a column for "Last Triggered" that will show the date-time for the last run (e.g. May 14, 2025 3:17 PM). Also, add a column showing the number of times the alert was triggered within the last 30 days. Description - it would be nice if cohort tables displays same day (+0 days) returns. Why is this feature important to you - in our organisation, we like using cohort tables to see first-time email opens in a journey. In other words, email sends goes to inclusion criteria and first instance of email open goes to return criteria. Once the table is built, we can clearly see how long it takes to customers to open a email from a specific journey. This helps us to understand customer behaviour and works as a source to adjust journey steps.  How would you like the feature to work - I would like to see +0 days (same day) as a column in the return criteria. Current Behaviour - currently, cohort tables columns starts from +1 Days

Hi all,Yesterday I found myself working on a report and I needed to get the bounce rate for a specific country. I already setup the calculated metric to get bounce rate, but then I realized that no option to use calculated metrics on reports from the data warehouse.I think there´s no way to do this, so that´s my proposal to be included on the platform.

Description - Allow classifications based on date dimensions like 'Day'- this would make analysis of custom date periods like financial years, financial weeks, seasons, etc. much easier. Currently if you want to work with something like this you have to create individual date ranges for every value. If you could classify 'Day', you would be able to upload a single .tab file that mapped the Day to all the custom date classifications you want, then to analyse these you would only have to drag in a single dimension in workspace.Why is this feature important to you - My analytics team have asked for better implementation for datespans like financial weeks. Business Need: Stakeholders often require Year-To-Date (YTD) comparison of current year vs previous year on a daily/weekly basis to track ongoing performance trends. Challenge: Adobe Workspace does not support dynamic YTD vs YTD comparison directly. Users must manually change the date ranges or use limited preset options, leading to inefficiencies and inaccurate analysis. Adobe's Design Limitation:Workspace logic is snapshot-based, not dynamically contextual to today's date across years.Designed for fixed range comparisons (like Mar 1–Mar 31 this year vs same period last year) Current Gaps:No automatic rolling YTD comparison available.Static date ranges need to be updated frequently.Presets or Date Comparison help partially but fail when YTD is not the same number of days every year (due to leap years, weekends, etc.). Impact: Inconsistent reporting, increased manual effort, delayed insights for performance tracking and business decisions. 

Description - We want to be able to copy derived fields across connections in CJA.  This is important for us, because we need to repeat these steps for every new sandbox that we connect manually.The feature should allow a CJA user to copy a derived field from an existing sanbox to a new one.Current Behaviour -  Currently this is only possible within the same connection when copying a dataview. Consequently requiring the adobe user to fill in the derived fields manually --> 2 - 4h additional time/effort required.

This is a feature available in the legacy version of report builder, but not the new one. This feature is a tremendous help in doing reporting for fiscal time periods (WTD, MTD, QTD and YTD) through the previous day without having to manual work in Excel in the form of creating a fiscal calendar reference table, which would then need to get manually updated every year as well. This is an overview of how/why I used this feature:My reports are scheduled to send early in the morning, with reporting through previous day. Our Adobe instance is set up to use our fiscal calendar, and I use fiscal dates for reporting. The issue I have would be when the report is run on day that's the first day of a new fiscal period because I would want this report to actually run the data for the fiscal period that just ended. For example, our weeks start on Sunday. When the report is run on Sunday, I want my WTD reporting to be for the previous Sunday-Saturday. With new report builder, if I just have my week
