I'm getting multiple ECID calls and not able to understand why. Visitor API code is loading just one time on page. What could be the reason behind this and will this affect visitor identification in any way.These calls have d_filedgroup filed in common. attached : screenshots of ecid calls and details of each call. I curious to know if this can be fixed? Thanks in advance,Aditya

I cannot access my colleague's dashboard - it just keeps saying "There was a problem loading your project. Please refresh the page and try again." when my access is already granted!

There isn't any documentation on this out of the box metric, so thought I'd post here to see if anyone has had experience using it.Basically, we have a custom evar that captures the unique ID of visitors when they login to our mobile app.Days since last visit ("DSLV") against the unqiue id evar however, seems to work only in some instances.Client care advised that we need to set our id evar to 'never expire' (currently set to expire on visit) and that this was the issue.However, further investigation reveals this information to be incorrect.In production (with id evar expires on visit), DSLV against the id evar seems to work in some cases, even if the visitor has not returned since the last visit.In development (with id evar never expires), DSLV against the id evar does not work if the visitor has not returned since the last visit, which seems counterintuitive. It also only works in some cases otherwise.Curious to know if anyone has used this metric with good accuracy against a unique

We noticed some unspecified data coming into our report suite at an increased rate recently.  Coicidentally we have been managing a lot of email and paid campaigns driving traffic to our site.  I noticed when clicking on some of the links with utm parameters that the server call coming in was an XHR request instead of the usual GIF request.  This seems odd, because it is not passing any of the variables or events connected to the page load on this.  When looking through Adobe workspace, it appears that these visits are attached to our marketing channels but no medium, source, or campaign information is connected them.  We are using a digital data layer and none of these variables are connected to these visits where the server call is an XHR request.  The only identifier we can view is connected to the URL, which is configured to the page URL as a data element.  I'm confused as to why some of these clicks from these campaigns could be coming in wi

Hi, Is there any way to undo setting a workspace as the landing page for a shared report? My stakeholders are complaining that they're getting long loading times logging into Adobe as I've set a workspace as their landing page (which is quite lengthy). Thanks in advance

Hi Team, one question regarding "Day Of Month" dimension populated automatically by AA. I'm seeing entries more than 31 (even though there is no count associated to any metric so far), but per this document I assume we should only have the values from 1 to 31? I am configuring Analytics via Adobe launch and s is not defined. The auditor in the debugger indicates everything is OK, however, the code I'm deploying is not reporting activity and s does not exist. What piece am I missing? I believe I should be able to should be able to type s.t in the console in my browser to verify everything is running. Also - where can I confirm I have the correct tracking server info? Is this what was called "Data Center" in older versions? 

I have gone through the process for integrating Adobe Campaign with Adobe Analytics. Workflow has started for KPIs and I can see data is coming into Adobe Analytics under data sources, and the tab files are received successfully. When I try to view reports or use the data in Adobe Analytics workspace, no data is there. Please help as is urgent need

Target Activity and Experience data comes into Analytics via the A4T connection. These variables appear to be visitor level data that persists with the visitor, long past visitor engagement with the Experience. Sometimes this is good, but this is too long for a current analysis. I am currently interested in a more narrow view of the data - viewing A4T data at the visit level. Is there a way to get A4T data to only persist for the visit duration? Or some way to segment the data to look only at the data from the specific visit(s) where an Activity/Experience was encountered?

I'd like to set u an alert to notify me of specific (amount of) actions taken by a single user. I have a single id for each user, so if any user id performs a certain action a certain amount of times, I want to be notified about that, with the user id included in the alert. How can I accomplish that?

Hi all,I have an Adobe Report Builder excel and have scheduled for the queries to be refreshed and published to my personal workspace in Power BI every week. I've then used this Power BI dataset as the data source in a Power BI report, which I need to publish to a workspace in the service for my team email account. However, I am only able to publish the report either to my own personal workspace, or to a created workspace, but not the one associated with my team email account. I am also not able to share the report to the required workspace from the service if I publish it to my personal workspace. Does anyone know how to get around this please?Thanks,Anna

Hi Community, I'm trying to understand how to find the specifications needed to track correctly some elements in my App:Clicks that occurs on some specific buttons (Information on my order, order details, etc...)Loading time of specific pages (order details page for example).  I found this documentation that is helping me a bit, but I'm not sure to understand everything correctly.When the documentation says "Map the context data name that is defined in your code, for example, a.action=myapp.ActionName, to a custom event." Does it mean that I need to add the "a.action=myapp.ActionName" manually in my code, on each button I when to track?Then I can go to mobilemarketing.adobe.com to maps the variables as mentioned in the documentation? Do you have any advices or do you know any other documentation I can look at in order to help me? Thanks a lot for your help,

Hi,I get this error recently when trying to log into my Adobe Analytics account and go into the analytics reporting section. This is not a new account and I haven't run into this issue before until I had cleared out my history on my browser yesterday. I use Safari on a MacBook Pro. I also tried logging in on Firefox, but got the same error, which is strange. Please let me know what I could do to fix this. Thank you!

Hi All,  I am trying to use the Adobe Analytics health dashboard and have set up the login and also have the client and client secret key from Adobe i/o. However, After setting up all that, i am not able to refresh the dashboard to populate data. can someone please help me with the steps to get the health dashboard going?  Thanks
