Hi there -  Just trying to figure out Adobe Launch. I am looking to track clicks on a live chat button. I'm not exactly a coder but - With the following code, is it possible to create a rule around the "class" value? Alternatively, can I use the text of the button "Live Chat"?  <button _ngcontent-tiq-c79="" type="button" data-backdrop="false" class="chatButton"> Live Chat </button> What I've tried already? I tried using CSS selector but it seems to be different for every button sonce we are using Angular. The "class" and text value "Live Chat" seem to be the only consistent values. Thanks in advance.

Hi Team, Currently I am working with Adobe Analytics APIs. I just wanted to know , is there any way to approve and share segments via APIs. Hi, I have enabled Adobe Client Data Layer for my AEM project following this documentation,https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-core-components/using/developing/data-layer/overview.html?lang=en#installation-activationbut is not getting enabled in site. I cannot see the attribute data-cmp-data-layer-enabled in body tag and hence the Adobe Client Data Layer with the Core Components itself not working. Could please help me on this?

I recently created a new rule in Adobe Launch with new Data Element to retrieve data from eVars.My data elements retrieve the required data. I was able to test their content directly in the console (see screenshot below). I was also able to check that my rule is well triggered thanks to the debug mode.However, I don't receive any data in the concerned eVars...You can find below the configuration of my rule.Below is the setup of the Set Variables action:Below is the Send Beacon actionI already double checked that my eVar are enabled in the report suites I tested.Do you have any suggestion to investigate this and troobleshoot this ?Thanks a lot. 

Team,We have implemented adobe analytics through adobe launch for few of our web sites. Many of them are tracking fine and we can see those data in debuggers as well (eVars and props). Unfortunately, there are two sites which we couldn’t able to see the “eVars” and “props” value when we do debug which should get the value from data element. Data element type is “Java script variable” where we used our data layer object path.Used only one rule to trigger on “library loaded (Page top)” with set variables and send beacons. We checked the logs for the analytics and noticed that data (data element value) are not populating to eVars and props. Also, we don’t find any console error related to site and analytics as well. However, at the same time we can able to see the value in “data layer” and “_satellite.getVar("Data Layer – Page Name");” method as well in console. It is totally a weird case what we are facing right now.We have tried in all the cases to handle this issue and still facing the

Hello All,We have an issue of AMO EFID getting lowercased in Adobe Analytics reports. Can you please let us know the mapping of EFID's and from where/how those values are pulled into Adobe Analytics reports.We corrected the page url's getting lowercased from Adobe Launch, but still we could see the EFID's are getting lowercased.

Hello Adobe community,I am trying to upload a file to ftp.omniture.com from all the following browsers but I am getting 'bad response' or the connection is timed out. The only browser I am able to get into the site is from IE but that has limitations to upload data into the ftp folders. I can only see the files so this is of no use to me.I know Chrome and firefox has discontinued the access to ftp as it is considered unsecure. Additionally, I tried to enable the ftp for these specific browsers using chrome://flags but I don't see FTP load up at all for me to enable and for about:config in firefox, I am able to change the FTP value to true but I still can't access the site despite the settings. Can anyone please help on how you are accessing the ftp.omniture.com site from a browser? Looking forward to hearing your ideas. Thank you.

Hi there, We see in AA, now there is a way to create segment such as: if there a 2 products viewed in a visit.Now, we have 5 Product Types: A, B, C, D, E.Product Type in Dimension: PT (eVar10)Product ID in Dimension: PN (eVar10)Product Name in Dimension: PN (eVar12) Could you please help to advise how to create segment for following scenario:Visited 2 product IDs under Product Type A, which means, if a user visited 2 product IDs, 1 under Type A, 1 under Type B, then will not be included.For example: By creating above segment and breakdown by other dimension, we will be able to know, if a user visited 2 products under type A, what are their interested in other product type, or what are the conversions, etc. Thanks in advance for your inputs.H

Since we are not migrating from SDK 4.x so can we still use Mobile services extension in Launch?2. If we use the above extension what all values it will add?3. Also, can confirm with Charles log, with latest SDK now we not able to "aid" value.Note : same function works fine with older version of adk (android v2.1.2, ios AEPAnalytics v2.0) and return "aid" value. If we are passing the mid value on the analytics calls, but are unable to map it to a variable, will that cause any issues with our data other than not being able to pull an ID into our variables?

My task is the following. Find out which entry pages have system errors. Want to find out the number of visits that have system errors and how many times a specific error is shown across the visits. For example, Error 404 occurs 100 times in 70 visits. Thanks in advance.Gene

Hi there, Would you please help to advise:How to validate the "Distinct Count" for a dimension?How to know which values are?Here is a real example:We've set segment that Product ID dimension as following: A calculated metric is also created: Approx. Distinct. of dimension Product ID I understand that the counts is not "2" under "IDs=2" is because, user may visit ID1, ID2 in a visit, also visit ID3, ID6 in a visit.So the questions come:How to validate the segment is really include visit 2 IDs?How to know: if a user visited ID1, what is the other one Product ID the user visited?Please advise. Thanks!H   

Hi, When I create 3 tables to check bounce rate, I can see slight differences.Table 1:Dimension: Entry PageMetric: Entries, Bounces, Bounce Rate Table 2:Dimension: PageMetric: Entries, Bounces, Bounce Rate Table 3:Dimension: Page (eVar)Metric: Entries, Bounces, Bounce Rate According to the definition, Bounce Rate = Bounces / Entries, Entry page is the first page of a visit.So, it seems break down by Entry Page (Table 1) shall be the most close to 100% correct. Is this correct? Thank you.H

The current implementation of Adobe Analytics connector is broken. Data doesn't load consistently and server timeouts are a common occurrence. Very frustrating. When will the 2.0 implementation be out of beta? In comparison, the Google Analytics connector is updated every month lately. 

Hi,Something that I don't find is how to create a segment for a specific product present in the Hit.Let's say that in my product variable in the code I have 1 merchandising evar (Color), I would like to be able to create a segment that would say : I want to see all the Hits where there is the product A with the color blue.If I create a Hit level container I can't associate the product A with the color blue, so it means that I also include all the hit with product A red and product B blue.How can we have a "merchandising evar" container in the segmentation to associate a merchandising evar value with a product? Thanks

Hi, I'm using Adobe Api 2.0 with python to get some data from different VRS. So that I need the complete list of the VRS that've got in the subscription. The problem is that when I upload the function to an Azure Function and execute the code it returns me allways the same error:  api2.getReportSuites(report) : cannot schedule new futures after shutdown I'm wondering why this is happening because when I run it in my local environment it works so there must be something I'm not keeping in mind. The funny thing is that this same code was working one month ago so I don't understand what I'm missing in the code. Currently my Azure function is a premium one so it shouldn't have problems with timeouts.
