On our website, we have different content types (defined by an evar).I want to know how many instance there are of people seeing the same content type five times or more consecutively. So let's say the content type is called widget page. How many times did people see the same content type five other times without switching to an intermediate or different content type. I can segment the visit to include five page views of the content type, but can't get the THEN function to work to show the consecutive viewing. thanks
We have found out that there is a difference between Time spent on page - bucketed and Time spent on page - granular.The bucketed takes into account only the pages, the granular also takes into account the link events.In our interpretation the "time spent on page" should take into account the link events. That means that we can only use the "granular" definition, but the data we receive is almost useless, because almost every page has a different time spent on page, and it becomes impossible to make conclusions of those data.So we would like to have a dimension "Time spent on page - Bucketed" taking into account the link event (as it is or the granular definition now).

Hi everyone, when I use the Activity Map overlay (same for all of my clients), it gives me a list of clicked links to a certain page. When I download this report for a whole day, I see that the percentages are calculated anyhow differently from what I expected. The description says: So, I thought 10 out of 100 total clicks in the list (100 should be the total of my clicks from this page) means 10%, but it's always lower. For me, clicks is a metric i can sum up. Unfortunately, I can't attach files, but in my export from yesterday there's a sum of 3'613 clicks, the first item has 832, and Activity Map says it's 18.95%. It's definitely not, 832/3613*100 is 23.02%. Does one of you know, why percentages are calculated wrong?

Description - One main selling point of Customer Journey Analytics is the ability to do cross device analysis. However, workspace in CJA has limitations which make cross device analysis difficult and not easy. For example, a simple question such as how many people are viewing a product on a device and purchasing it on a different device is not easy to answer when you have multiple different devices. For example, we have 3 devices: desktop, mobile and app. I have to create a filter that includes every possible cross device scenario which would include: (viewed product on desktop and purchased on mobile, viewed product on desktop and purchased on app, viewed product on mobile and purchased on desktop, viewed product on mobile and purchased on app, viewed product on app and purchased on desktop, viewed product on app and purchased in mobile). Dear Everyone, I am trying to explore the use cases for Adobe Analytics & Marketo Integration. There are a few basic questions and since I don't have Marketo Access, I am not sure about the answers. Can anyone shed your thoughts? 1. Can we share Adobe Analytics Segments from Adobe Analytics to Marketo? Is that been enabled? 2. Do we have any direct integration to share the Adobe Analytics data to Marketo i.e. Server-side mappings expect APIs or data export options? 3. What are the typical use cases for sharing the segments from Adobe Analytics to Marketo? I actively use dozens of scheduled projects. I have two suggestions: 1. Projects occasionally don't get delivered. there is no means of checking on them. The additional of a log (as there is with scheduled reports) would be helpful. 2. Adobe sends renewal emails for each scheduled project when it is slated to expire. These emails often get lost because they have the exact same Subject Line as the project email. Alter the subject line so that it sames something like "Renewal Notice"

Hi all, with my team we implemented the Analytics solition via AEP SDK (i mean we don't use directly the analytics extension but in the Launch property we use only AEP Edge Network Extension and in the chosen datastream we enable analytics). My question is: if i want to see the lifeCycle metrics in the analytics report do we need further implementation?
Hi Everyone As we're trying to onboard a few data sets for our clients onto Customer Journey Analytics, we realized that XDM DateTime fields are not supported for import via the data view - they simply are not selectable within the interface. Is there any reason for this as this type of field is critical for other applications within AEP (e.g., AJO) we cannot populate dates as simple strings…any thoughts on this? Thank you in advance.
When website tags show up on Adobe analytics like in the image attached, does it mean: 1) The person has landed on the particular page, OR 2) Gone passed the particular page? Does the answer to my question depend on how you have set up your tag?
Hi, We had an implementation glitch where the page name dimension only captured part of the path. After some reserach realized another dimension captured the hit correctly. have created a hit level combined dimension - but now the average time per visit metric is very different. Question can we use a non page dimension to get at Time spent per visit metric. Thoughts Thx SM_AP1
Why is direct call preferred over click rule??
Hi All, we have a prop in adobe analytics in which we save the value of the serverside timestamp. We'd like to overwrite the value of the prod with the our local timestamp (not from the code but in adobe analytics). We have tried to do it in different ways (processing rules, changing the settings of the RS) but we can not figures it out. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks, F
Hi Everyone, Not sure if you have encountered this already but for the last days we are not able to connect the Adobe Launch with the Launch Switch. So before, to load the environments on launch switch we go to Adobe Launch >> Environments and then click the Launch Switch Extension. Now it's not loading. Below is the only one I see. On the website: On Adobe Launch >> Environments We have also tried changing environments using Adobe Experience Debugger but for some reason it does not work on our website. It still gets the default Launch environment set for our UAT page which are used and not the environment we set it to use. Thanks everyone for your help.
Hi All, I am trying to report on 2 separate tests '375' & '422': '375' - interacted with at product details page Exp A - 70k Exp B - 68k Exp C - 68k '422' - interacted on the homepage Exp A - 68k Exp B - 68k I have built a Segment within AA that combined the 2 () however this seems to generate greater/peculiar numbers for each Experience: Exp A - 85k Exp B - 80k Exp C - 51k Can anyone advise on how to best report against the two tests? Ideally, I'd like to see metrics that display all of the possible combinations (below) between the two tests: Exp A & Exp A Exp A & Exp B Exp B & Exp A Exp B & Exp B Exp C & Exp A Exp C & Exp B
We are trying NOT to track linkedin based cookies(already in prod). In terms of removing linkedin based tracking from the prod, we are testing this in the stage level. 1) we have disabled the linkedin extension and related rule from the staging in the adobe launch and tried testing but still i'm able to see the linkedin calls under the chrome/edge - omnibug extension so that cookies are still populating. Am i missing something ?

My workspace table looks the following: Column 1: Search Terms Column 2: Search Terms VisitsColumn 3: Search Term Clicks (calculated metric) Question: How can I filter down values in Column 3 in ascending order while still keeping values in Column 2 in descending order? In other words, I want to see search terms with highest visits that have lowest clicks. Thanks!
Description - Currently, there is an option to select either "Eventual path" or "next hit" between touch points. In addition to the "next hit" option what we really need is a "next page" option (which ignores all link tracking data). Why is this feature important to you - Currently you cannot look at the conversion between two pages where you want to specify the second page is viewed immediately after the first. This is because any link tracking calls that happen in between the two page views will cause users to fall out, even if the pages are view one after another. Worryingly, people may incorrectly be assuming that "next hit" is the equivalent to "next page" (this has happened inside our company.) Note: The same issue used to exist with sequential segments but it was fixed i.e. there is now a "next page" option, in addition to "next hit". How would you like the feature to work - A new "next page" option that ignores link tracking
