Hey Adobe Community, Is there a way to create a segment in a free form table outlining the top pages next visited during a journey if there is no bounce? The flow visualization/fallout doesn't necessarily work with what I'm trying to accomplish.  Thanks!

I have to disintegrate one third part extension from Launch, But I want to preserve historic data. Does removing extension also remove data from evars. Notes: I wont be deleting eVars from report suite. But i will be disable/uninstalling the extension, disable/delete the rules and data elements

I am in the developer console trying add an API for Adobe Analytics. When I log in that service is not available to me. Can someone please tell me the steps involved it getting this access? I need to provide the steps to the person who has system admin rights. Attaching screenshot.

Hi, I'm having an issue to access the Analytics page. Every time I log in onto my account, click on Analytics, it gives me the below message. Its been a while, but I remember seeing a report builder type of report that would show you the top 5 values for eVars/Props.  Is there a link and/or download to see?  Trying to do a audit of all the eVars/Props.  

I am trying to create a calculated metric, which cumulate a static number based on month of year. For example each day in January should add 100, but each day in February should only add 50. I am using the IF function to control which month is in question. For 'value_if_true' I have added the CUMULATIVE function. In the "number" parameter for the CUMULATIVE function I want to limit only the row for January. Unfortunately, if I add December to the time period it will cumulate 100 for each day of December as well. If I try to make the "number" parameter dynamic, for example based on a function, for example "ROW COUNT()", then the CUMULATIVE function breaks down completely and do not return any values. I have tried other functions in place of the "number" parameter and they all seem be broken. Is this by design or have I misunderstood how to use the "number" parameter? Thanks in advance 🙂

I can't login the Adobe Analytics even though my company has given me access.  I've been waiting 24 hours and I need access to this data.  Can someone please help me?  I don't have access to support as they only have a couple licenses for that. This is my only recourse. 

Hi there, so a bit of a two part question.  On our website we have various sales front journeys before you reach a standardised order journey.  We have a lot of customers that may start one sales front journey, get to order journey then go back to the start and do the same again but through a different sales front journey.  I’m trying to find a way to only count the last / most recent sales front journey that leads into the order journey. 1) is this possible?2) I thought about building classifications based on previous pages and using the overwrite setting, but, will that just overwrite every time the classification is loaded or will the value be overwritten multiple times during a customers visit and therefor only store the most recent previous page? TIA Kris

Hi,While using entry page url report, i'm facing a lot of issue.1. Confirmation and checkout pages url showing in entry page url report, which's not possible.2. Please describe a bit about the entry page url dimension data fetching.3. We're tracking our site with a Launch Script and Adobe Analytics. We're seeing a (relatively) small number of instances where that domain is coming up in the exit link report. In the suite setup, we're including the domain on the "internal url filters" list - as domain.com (there are several subdomains being tracked in that suite).In the Launch/Data Collection property, using the Adobe Analytics extension, we have checked "track outbound links" but haven't added anything in "Never Track" options.Again, it's a small number - its not like every internal link is also reporting as an exit link. Would launching in a new window create an exit link?Any other suggestions on troubleshooting?thanks   

Hello, looking for some feedback/thoughts on how I might build a particular custom segment. The business question is, how many visitors did X event action once, twice, thrice, etc in a 12 month period? We have a custom variable for this event and has an instance counter that I can pair with it as well. Let's say John comes to our site and clicks on this particular button in March, then does this again in October. Mary and Frank (2 different visitors) come to our site and do the same actions in March, August, and December. David comes to our site and does this action once in October. I'm thinking "Visitor Number" correlated with the segment would give me what I'm looking for, so with the examples above in mind, I'd want my freeform output would look something like this: Visit Number 1 = 1Visit Number 2 = 1Visit Number 3 = 2  I have tried a few different things within segment builder but I'm not too confident with them yet. I have been trying to find why there is a high user drop off rate in some journey pages in Payment and Transfers section of the mobile app. Kindly suggest some ways to identify the drop off between the journeys using Analytics and Workspace.  Thanks!!

Hi Everyone, I am trying to extract data from the API to store it in a DBBut I am having trouble to find out how to get the value of the events filter by date, I am using Swagger and for example I can get a list of all Events using the next endpoint: https://analytics.adobe.io/api/[client id]/metrics?rsid=[report suite id]but this only shows the name of the event and the description, but not the actual value Then I tryed using the endpoint of a specific event with https://analytics.adobe.io/api/[client id]/metrics/event01?rsid=[report suite id]but it also only showed this: {"id": "metrics/event01","title": "String","name": "String","type": "int","extraTitleInfo": "event01","category": "Conversion","support": ["String"],"allocation": true,"precision": 0,"calculated": false,"segmentable": true,"supportsDataGovernance": true,"description": "String","polarity": "positive"} How can I get the actual value for the events and filter for date?  Thanks in advance!

 Hi, I have a question.Is this tracking code and Page views combination makes sense?I usually look at Visits/Orders/Revenue however, number of orders are not a lot from the tracking code, however, I just wanted to present that page views contribution is quite huge. Thank you!   

I'm unable to set up Adobe Analytics to fire on all pages while navigating our micro-site, which is built on the Gatsby platform; it fires only on some pages, with no apparent logic to when it actually does fire Below is the Gatsby data element set-up in Launch, and there's also (of course) a rule that uses this data element to generate a page name variable / fire an Adobe beacon upon a direct call, but I feel like the issue itself lies with the data element Thoughts / advice welcome

Hi community, My question might be a bit **bleep**, but I can't find a way to trigger a tag when a user clicks on a specific button on my page.Case study:When a user process an internal search on my website, he lands on a result page with 20 products.By scrolling down to the bottom, he can click on a button "load more articles". This click adds an event in my datalayer with:- componentID : SearchResults- eventAction : pagechange When a user click on this button/or when this event is fired in my datalayer, I want to fire a rule to save all the new products loaded. Any solution here?Thank you

Is there a way to create an Admin for Analytics that would allow users to create and delete profiles but have no actual access to reports or report suites? Thanks.

Hello,  How can I create Date Range Components then put it in various reports then share those reports and the end users have the ability to change the Date Range Components? I'm using the Date Range Components as custom comparison date ranges to the report date range. I've tried several scenarios that did not work. Scenarios that did not work1) Shared report at Edit status with embedded components​ and shared the date ranges separately2) Has user do a Save As which showed her as the owner, but she still could not change the date range components3) Shared at Duplicate status with embedded components and again had user Save As yet still could not change the date range component.Thank you

Hi guys, I'm trying to create an in-workspace view of statistical significance, using a Z-Score to compare the conversion rates of two dimensions.Unfortunately, I can't think of how to format a freeform table to provide a single Z-Score to then check for significance, can anyone help or do they have any examples?Cheers in advance!

Has the segment compatibility within Data Warehouse recently changed? Specifically, looking for any 'Analytics for Target' style variables, including 'Target Activities'. Prior to the start of the year (2022), I could pull data with segments containing these variables applied. However, I can no longer do so, even when trying to re-run previously successful data warehouse pulls. The result is an empty file. These variables and corresponding values are still populating in Workspace.

I am using Adobe Analytics API (Rest interface) to fetch data from experience. I see some data discrepancy. The page views count I get for the entire hour time rage doesn't match with five minutes slices. These are my steps:1. Queried data for dateRange: 2021-11-30T10:00:00.000/2021-11-30T10:59:59.999, page views count was: 1117995.02. Queried data for dateRange: 2021-11-30T10:00:00.000/2021-11-30T10:04:59.999, and then again for dateRange: 2021-11-30T10:05:00.000/2021-11-30T10:09:59.999, and so on all the way till 2021-11-30T10:59:59.999 (in five minutes slices). When I added the page views count, the total doesn't match with the first query (for the entire hour). What could be the issue here? Are the dates in the dateRange inclusive of the boundary or exclusive? I can provide the sample Json request if you want, please let me know.

We have existing marketing channels and associated processing rules setup in several reporting suites that I want to overwrite/update. In a separate reporting suite, I created a new set of marketing channels and successfully copied them to the reporting suites that had existing marketing channels that I want to overwrite. It added the new channels and disabled (although did not remove) the old marketing channels in that reporting suite. When I go to copy over the marketing channel processing rules into the same reporting suite, I get the following error (below). Any suggestions? You cannot change the channel rules in this section because the following reporting suites do not match the templates channel configuration.
