Hello everyone,   I would like to import some data to my jupyter notebook (python) using API and aanalytics2 package. In general the structure of the report that I would like to get has the structure as following: All visits Product Group 1 Week 1 Week 2 Product Group 2 Week 1 Week 2 Product Group 3 Week 1 Week 2 The problem that I have is that when I am using a debugger to get the JSON code it only includes the last product group divided into weeks.   It looks like this: Week 1 - some data Week 2 - some data Is there any way to generate a JSON that would include all of the product groups divided into different weeks?

Hi there, I am working on create line chart for a specific ratio data. (please ignore the typos in the screen cuts)Date range: last 53 full weeks.I select one cell and locked the selection for the chart on the upper-left, then choose granularity to "Month". - Until now there is no problem. Then, on the upper-left chart, I change the Granularity from Month to Week, as you can see, the latest date can only till to some week of 2021, but not the latest week of end of June 2022 (now is early of July, not full week yet) When I expand the chart to largest width, it works fine - the week of 27-JUN-2022 displayes. Is it a bug caused by the too small size of line chart?Is there a workaround to resolve? Thank you.H   

We want to update the naming convention of all of our variables as it is causing confusion. Would there be a downstream impact if the name was changed?  

if some of my page loading last like 1 minute or more, this variable affects the whole calculation of “time spend on page” ? 

Hi there,   We created a table as following example, sorts Product Name by Order in the last day. Just wanted to ask: Is there a way to create (or filter) a table with number of Order greater than X that have Purchase% lower than Y (of the latest day)? E.g. a table shows all Product Name those Order more than 20 AND Purchase% lower than 40% in 17-OCT (last day, latest day). - Keep all the past 7 days data.     Thanks in advance. H  

Hi 🙂 We have some users that are trying to use the Activity Map Chrome extension. When they sign in, they immediately get asked to sign in again. This happens on an infinite loop. I personally experienced this once but it started working without changing anything. I can confirm the user has activity map access, and that the page's report suite is configured for activity map. The person has also cleared their browser cache. Has anyone experienced this issue and know a solution?

Hi all,   Is it possible to measure average visits over a rolling four week time period? Ideally, the average will automatically update at the end of each week as the time period does.    Thanks!

Hi,   Am getting the following ‘failed to execute set variables’ tracking error messages in Console when coming from an iframe opened on page A (iframe content / code points to different sub domain page url) and landing on page B.   The event tracking is being fired for clicks on CTA that opens the iframe and on CTA in iframe footer but the page load satellite track tracking for page where users land is not fired.   The ‘Failed to Execute Set Variables’ tracking errors were returned.   Datalayer data is collected ok for page load but the satellite track rule is not fired Any help / guidance re solving issue would be much appreciated   Is the fact the iframe is hosted on different domain from site causing errors?   Site info: Site = SPA & direct call rules implemented. Adobe Launch used Datalayer data ok for landing page Iframe  points to https://qa.xxx.com/xxx to display content iframe is opened when users click on page A cta and a module op

I am trying to find cart abandonment with specific product in it. How to do this? For example how many visits or visitors has got that specific product in their cart at the time of abandonment. Unfortunately we don't have this tracked but trying to get using below mentioned segment. Will this work?.  

Hi,  what is the best way to schedule a project to send quarterly?  The only way I can see to do it is by setting the frequency to daily, then selecting Custom Frequency and then setting the "send every number of days" to 90/91.  I have the date range of the project set to "Last 3 full months".   Will this work?

I have the below code implemented in the custom code section for "Core - Library Loaded (Page Top)" of the rule . I have already implemented the helper function below in the code block. Hi,I have advertising analytics in place for several google ads accounts.For standard campaigns metrics like impression, cost, cpc etc. I receive without an issue.Only for "Smart Shopping" campaigns I don't get data or some "unspecified" might popup 😗.Are google ads  "Smart Shopping" campaigns not supported or is a special setup needed? kind regards,Hans

I am trying to see how many older iPhones use our iOS Mobile APP at 320 WIDTH.  Not website. How do I look and get this data?   Due to pixel density AKA retina screens ...  iPhone SE gen1 - has a logical resolution of 320x568 but an actual resolution of 640x1136 iPhone 4s has a logical resolution of 320x480 but an actual resolution of 640x960 ( reference https://iosref.com/res )   I cannot get a breakdown to show how many visitors using the iPhone app are at 320 width. Can Omniture show this?  Does anyone know how?  Even a list of what version of iPhone device would be fine because I could look that up.

Recipients engage with the various emails in that campaign, engaging with CTAs and landing on designated pages in the website. Hello, Please can someone advise how to/ if we can create a Bounce Rate metric based on time spent on a page? I am unable to use the Time spent on Page dimension as this needs a minimum of two hits to be calculated. Assume there is a content page as part of a campaign that does not require the user to perform any action, with the default set up we see a high Bounce Rate but the time spent is also high which technically means we have achieved the intended goal, i.e., for people to read the content on the page. So, would it be possible to only calculate Bounce Rate for example "less than 15 seconds" spent on the page itself? Thank you for your suggestions! Best Regards, Sharanya

I have a workspace project set up the way I like for 2021. When I make a copy of it and update the date ranges, it update the dates on the original project.  I don't want the two projects linked.  Help?? How can I duplicate the first project (almost as a template) and then use the duplicated version without impacting the data in the original project??

Hello All, I was hoping you could help me.   I've been doing some work using the Adobe Analytic 2.0 API.  I've created an IO project, have added Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch to the IO project, have set up my public and private keys and have used postman to make a connection.  So from a set up perspective, i'm all set.   However, I now want to share my IO Project with another API users.  However when he logs into Adobe IO, he gets a 'read only' version of my IO project.  Which means he can not generate is how public and private key nor can he get what he needs to make a connection.   I understand that when I created the adobe IO project it created a 'techAccount' user within the Adobe Experience Platform.   Is there any way to share the Adobe IO Project with others?  or is the 'techAccount' association with the IO Project preventing me from sharing the project with others?   Any thoughts or ideas you have would be great.
