Adobe Analytics

Hello, I sometimes receive "unknown" values in my reports, especially when I have tables with more breakdowns or segments. The actual metric shows a result:It's hardly to reproduce, sometimes it helps to rebuild the table, or remove some components like breakdowns, metrics or segments. Sometimes closing the tool completely also helps. But I haven’t found a real reason or way to avoid this error. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

To implement Adobe Analytics, there's one guide mentioned: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/js/overview.html This will use AppMeasurement.js   However, there also another link: https://developer.adobe.com/target/implement/client-side/ This will use at.js   So my question is: what's difference between AppMeasurement.js and at.js? which case should be depending on AppMeasurement? and at.js?   Or at.js is future, AppMeasurement.js is past?     Thanks, Kent  

I recently have to move from GA to another analytics platform due to GDPR compliance. I have a couple of questions the community can help me clarify them? 1. Is Adobe analytics GDPR compliant? 2. Does it have similar or even better features than Google Analytics? 3. Is it free like GA or is there a monthly fee?   Thanks in advance!

We have been using the 1.4.1 of the debugger and different testers on our team are seeing different results. The engineering team that develops the debugger confirms this is actually a known issue and is due to the implementation of a service worker on the website in question.    Are there any workarounds for us to continue using this tool, not all our testers are familiar with the network tab in the developer tools?

Hi all, I have a weird situation in that when I am setting variables in a Launch rule, only one of them actually works properly (eVar70 in this case). The other ones (eVar7, event16, event60) do not. This is all being triggered as an s.tl() to avoid additional page views. Is there anything I'm missing here, or is there some sort of bug in Launch that is causing this issue?

Hi community,  I have a client that would like to count how many search results are the users getting, by they would like to count them by category. For example, if user gets 20 results, we would get something like: Category 1: 13 results Category 2: 3 results Category 3: 4 results We are thinking in having an event of type counter for each category. But the thing is more categories would be created in future. It's ok from our side to create new events every time they add a new category. But we would like to avoid changes in site code for assigning new events. Based on that, we tought in the option of sending all categories and values in a single eVar, then process it ans assign events using Processing Rules. Is is possible? Do we have something like split funtion un Processing Rules? Any other option? Thanks!

Dear All, We found the required selector(HTML element) and rule if fired in English version but when we change to German language then rule is not fired and selector is same. We are unable to understand why its happened. Could you please help to guide. Thank you. Note: Links is coming from salesforce.

I have set that per week I will receive data as csv from adobe workspace into my inbox for the previous week. So for example, On Nov 21st Monday I will receive the data as csv for previous week's Monday to Sunday, that is, Nov 14 to 20th.  Now when I do that for 5 weeks, a weekly addition gives me over 1200 rows but if I put that time range in WS in total, I get only 500 rows. Why could this be happening or how is this possible?

There is no Adobe Commerce (Magento) Launch Extension that I can find - Why does Adobe have this under their Report Suite configuration if it doesn't exist? Nor can I find any documentation around setting up Adobe Analytics on an Adobe Commerce storefront.   I can only find Google Analytics and GTM documentation. Any Adobe supported ideas appreciated.  

Hi!I asked our dev team to implement trackAction and TrackState for our app so we can have page names for each screen and see the actions done. It is working and I can get the data for them individually (see the screen names instances and Actions/Custom links instance results).However, I've been trying to see the actions that happened on some specific screens but got 0 results. Is it possible to do that?Ex: I also tried the opposite, making a list of the actions and breaking an action down by the screen name (the same action can happen on different pages on our app, so I would like to know which page this action is working the best).. but the same happen.Is there a way for me to know app actions that happen on a single screen?

Hi again!I just watched the live "Adobe Experience League Live: Analytics in the office or on the go" (thanks, was helpful) and saw Eric talking about the compare time period and add time period options. It does not appear for me so I asked if this option was available for everybody, which I was answered that it was. I even tried using the same metric shown in the live to double-check: Any idea why? @ericmatisoff1   

I am troubleshooting the issue of excessive number of visits reported under "None" bucket within "Direct" and "Paid Search" marketing channels. Upon researching the raw data feeds, I notice that all of these visits are connected with empty values in the field "first_hit_page_url". As the name indicates, this field stores the first visited page url in a unique visit. Just wondering in what circumstances this value can become empty? Is it because of Javascript disabled browsers / devices? What is the alternate option to mitigate this issue?
