Hi Community, For a specific page template on my website, I have 2 rules sending beacon (s.t()).The first rule is the generic one (rule name : "BOTTOM") which sends a pageview event on every page of my website. I'm struggling with my second rule dedicated to this specific page template (rule name : "Product-dt").It's a basic rule as it's waiting "Page BOTTOM" event with a condition on a specific page template of my website.I added 2 actions : Adobe Analytics - Set Variables wait, then Adobe Analytics - Send Beacon (s.t()) The problem is that when I'm testing my rule, I can see only one beacon fired (I assume it's the one coming from my BOTTOM generic rule) :My rule product-dt is fired but it seems that it doesn't send a beacon. Has anyone come across a similar case?Thanks

I am trying to map event ids from the post_event_list column. In the events.tsv file, I can see that event ID 1,2,5,10,11,12 and so on IDs are present.But the mapping which frontend team used while integrating Omniture to the UI; they are storing the most important and required data in event IDs 3,4,7 which are not even present in the events.tsv file.Am I missing something or the mapping that they provided is incorrect? Do event IDs 3,4,7 even exist in the events.tsv file?

Hello,I'm trying to send data in on an eVar and struggling with the architecture of how to do it.Users can select any number of states, and I would like to know which states they choose. I could just comma delimit all the states on the evar and only populate each state's "cell" with the state's value when it's selected? Then break it out with classifications. That's the best I've got so far, but that would add each state as a dimension, which I'm not sure is the best approach for analysis.Using 1 evar and classifications, what's the best approach for sending in some-to-many known values at once? A company has 10 different report suites based with respect to countries. Can we see all the report suites in a single report suite?

I'm trying to compare the time on site for two different websites. One is using GA4 and one is using Adobe Analytics. I'm seeing a dramatically different time on site in GA4 than Adobe. Does anyone know what are the differences in time on site in Adobe vs average engagement time in GA4?

Hello All, I created a segment where I set rules as following (made-up example due to confidential info issue)event actions (e) does not equal to click - Help Center, click - Integrations, click - abc, click - defANDsource page contains all of /substring_of_url_link After applying the filter to the metrics, some of the click items I would like to exclude are still showing up in the list. Wondering what could be the reason causing this issue and how should I debug it?  Thank you in advance!

Hello, My team recently enabled eVars that track cookie opt-in/out information for three cookie categories. For each of these, if a visitor opts out of a category and then opts in, we'd like to be able to segment visitors by their most recent selection. Do you know how to build a segment based off visitors' most recently defined eVar value? Thank you,Ben

Say you wanted to determine how many errors a typical visitor would encounter when browsing a site, what would be the calculated metric you would use? So, for example a typical visitor is likely to see 'X' error upon every 10th visit but then also 'Y' error upon every 15th visit. How would you be best show the likelihood of a visitor to see that type of error?

Hello Experts, There is around 20% page view and unique visitor data in the session refresh marketing channel of an e-commerce website. This data is originating from Safari browser on Mac and iOS 16.5.The other reasons like page load time, redirects, cross domain etc are rules out in our case. is something related to ITP causing this issue? Have you as well experienced the same? What could be the fix for this? Many Thanks

We're seeing strange data coming through for Last Touch Channels. After correcting how the referring URL was passed into link tracking, we saw a surge in Natural Search as Last Touch, however the vast majority of this surge has a Tracking Code and/or query param that should pass an upstream rule. Assuming that our order is:Paid Search (any)Matches Paid SearchTracking Code contains 'SEM'DisplayTracking Code contains 'ABC'Natural Search (any)Matches Natural SearchTracking Code contains 'SEO'And if the hits have referrer='www.google.com' and Tracking Code='ABC', we'd assume that it would be labeled as "Display" because of the order, but these ends up going into the "Natural Search" bucket.  Has anyone run into this before or any thoughts? Hello Experts,In my Advertising Analytics report for Google Ads- the video Ads type are not tracked. ONLY text Ads are tracked. What could be the reason for this? I read in one of the post that Advertising Analytics only track text ads type with the integrated Google Ads accounts. is that still true and not updated in latest releases?

Hi, we created a new reportsuite (for testing) for the mobile SDK implementation and all the implementation has been done and mapped new reportsuite to the Analytics service in Datastreams. Lifecycle metrics and visits data are captured in new reportsuite, but standard page data is unavailable in new reportsuite. I created a rule in Tags property by following this article's steps https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/documentation/user-guides/getting-started-with-platform/rules-and-xdm-events/ and tested in Assurance debugger as per mentioned article, and for reference, you can see AEP request in the attached snapshot. Note: we configured Adobe Analytics extension with the existing (development and prod) reportsuites in the same property

Hi, We've got a few 429 errors from https://analytics.adobe.io/discovery/me recently. I understand from https://developer.adobe.com/analytics-apis/docs/2.0/guides/faq/ that> The enforced rate limit for API calls is 12 requests every 6 seconds per userBut we only do about 100 requests per day, and on the times when we got the error we'd done no other requests for several minutes. We haven't got 429 from any other endpoint.So is there another rate limit being applied? Perhaps this endpoint is special somehow?Alternatively, we share the OAuth Server-to-Server credentials with other teams; are we sharing the quota with them? Or does it apply per access token (which we're not sharing)? I.e. what does "user" mean in the docs above?Thanks for any help.

Hi everybody!I need to create a venn chart where I have the users from our app, the web, and the users that end up using both mediums.We have a universal report suite and an eVar (in that RS) that gets each report suite separately (app and web). So I created two separate segments with our app and web RS but once I create the venn chart, it did not show me the users that cross over between those channels. how can I be having this visualization properly?

When we break down to understand the direct, I can see other domains like Facebook and google. Hello together, my company uses the DataFeed Export via SFTP to load the tracking data into our Data Warehouse. I recently adjusted the data feed (added one more eVar to export) and started an export of a historical timerange. When we loaded the data into a table and compared the amount of records from the historical export to the timerange we imported via daily export we had a difference about nearly 1.000.000 hits for a time range of nearly one month ( 89.651.013 hits loaded via daily export for that time range vs. 90.596.309 hits in the manual historical export).I would expect to receive the same amount of hits for the same time range. Do you have any idea, why the amount of hits differ? Best regards,Sebastian

Hi,I'm trying to schedule a report builder file to be sent out.  The file executes fine when I hit "refresh", but when I try to schedule it the report fails due to the an "unsupported date cell formula. Change the request to a supported function". I'm not sure why this error is thrown because the report executes if I manually run it.  The error code is 8004, but I can't find a mapping of error codes in the docs. Has anyone experienced this problem / know of a solution?
