For the new Data Warehouse layout, we really need a quick option to input an email on a field and have the file be sent to that email. Currently we need to add an account and add a location, where most of the mandatory fields are not relevant for email exports and ends up being very confusing. Email is currently the destination of the majority of the exports so it would make sense to have a quick way to set it up.

Description - I have run into issues with quick segments. When copying a panel or a project, the quick segment copies over and changes on all versions of the copy when I change it. When I submitted an Adobe support ticket, it was explained that "Engineering teams have reviewed our case to find that the reasoning behind the changing segments is that quick segments operate similarly to standard segments in that once they are created they are assigned a specific segment ID. When copied, the copy of the report containing segments also ties to this same segment ID (so it's not a new segment calculated on the fly). As a result, each dashboard references the same overarching segment, so when the definition is changed in one, the change show in the other because ultimately each report is referencing a single segment ID."I believe the most ideal way for this to function should be that when copied, a new copy of the segment is created and referenced in the new report. Add the ability to filter community search results by type: all, questions, ideas, discussions, etc. Add a label to the search result item that indicates whether the item is a question, idea, discussion, etc.One can search in community using the top of page search box with the community filer applied. When you get the results, there is no indication of whether the search result item is an idea, a question, or one of the other community types. You cannot filter to see just ideas, or questions, etc.This ability would help me (and presumably others) to more easily see if an idea or question had already been submitted. 

When we have scheduled projects that are distributed as PDFs, is there a way to get the year of the date range to show up in the annotation summary? The below is pretty misleading, because the 10/18 issue was in 2022 but the 10/17 – 10/18 issue was in 2023.

Why?  Debugging and doing validation with Charles Proxy is time consuming and exposes a security risk by embedding the certificate in the builds.How would you like the feature to work - Possibly a developer companion app that can read deep links produced through AEP Assurance and launch the Android TV or Apple TV with the deeplink configured through AEP Assurance. This will dramatically increase the time for validation and development as we will need to rely either on Charles or on post-processed events in Analytics that typically sees a delay of 30 minutes before we can check the data generated.

Description - URLs are the internet's way to uniquely identifying pages on websites. In many analytics tools, URLs are displayed alongside performance metrics to illustrate the performance of a certain page. And while CJA and AA encourage us to use a human-readable page name instead of the URL as identifier, many stakeholders prefer a plain list of URLs to analyse performance. By having direct access to the URL, stakeholders can simply copy it to the browser's address bar to quickly find out what page is behind the URL. This is a completely legitimate approach, and I think we can make it easier to follow by allowing URLs to be clickable in CJA. Description  My use case:I need to segment and select values for only some of our internal marketing ID's (let's say my "wanted" list involves ID's "A", "B" and "C" and my filter is therefore: "equals any of A, B, C"). The filter however will also include ID's that are not in my wanted list (for example "D"), meaning in a built view in my workspace I will see values for A, B, C and D. Cause: This happens because in our implementation, for some cases the same hit triggers several ID's together (in business terms - we are showing several marketing objects simultaneously). For example one hit would have the ID "A" and simultaneously also "D". (I.e. a list evar then has both values)Result: This means my segment returns ID's and values for both, "A, D" and any table I build in an Analytics workspace will have the unwanted values appear as well. We had built a series of curated workspaces that gave our end users a set of carefully selected projects to be able to interrogate the data. They restricted the projects to simple sets of data making it easy for our users and also restricted them having access to the full set of dimensions which we didn't want them to have.#We did and do not want our non analyst community to be able to create their own workspaces but rather use the ones we had created for them. They were pre-built, simple to use and controlled.What you have done now is open up the full workspace to everyone. We wouldn't have dreamed of giving our non-analysts access to Ad-Hoc analysis yet we are now giving them access to create uncurated projects in the more powerful workspace with the full range of dimensions.Why have you done this???

Problem Description:Currently, Adobe After Effects does not offer a built-in feature for setting global motion blur preferences that apply to all compositions within a project.This limitation can be quite cumbersome for users working on extensive projects, as they need to individually configure motion blur settings for each composition, which can be time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies.Suggested Solution:I kindly request that Adobe consider implementing a feature that allows users to set global motion blur preferences at the project level. This feature would enable users to define motion blur settings that apply universally to all compositions within the project. Being an admin user, currently we can see list of all WS Projects whether those are shared or not shared with admin user account. From this list if admin wants to check the latest usage of those projects then only option is 'Last Open' data. But admin will be able to see this data only for those projects which are opened by his/her account and not by other users/owners. And will not be able to calculate the actual usage of all projects/dashboards.If adobe can provide 'last opened' details to Admin for all projects opened by any user then admin can contact those users and remove the unused projects/dashboards. Hope I am able to highlight my point OR please let me know If need more details/discussions from my side.

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: We have a large enterprise user base that is ever evolving. It would be a great feature if it was possible to deploy alerts/updates to all Adobe Analytics users within the UI so that when someone logs in, they are informed of any changes/updates that the admin has shared with the user base. Adobe Analytics should take holidays into account when firing off alerts. Currently, an alert looks at activity over the recent past (30, 60, 90 days) and based on what's predicted, decides if a change in activity is an anomaly. Description 20 characters generally is no longer enough to serialize events against... System GUIDs are now generally 36 characters, but can be longer... transaction ids from Google Play Store are 24 characters (now, right now, the solution is to strip the gns or gpa designation at the beginning, and all the . and - characters which just gets us to 20; but how long will this solution last?).   20 characters may have been enough at one time, but times have changed and serialization needs to change with it.   Why is this feature important to you Being able to properly serialize against User GUIDs or full transaction ids, rather than risking those values starting with the same 20 characters and being ignored is important to anyone dealing with transactions or any sort of need to de-duplicate based on user ids (account registrations for instance)   How would you like the feature to work Serialization needs to allow more than 20 characters... while 36 would cover a lot of ne

Description - We need better and more customizable real-time reportsWhy is this feature important to you - we can monitor live traffic and results on launch daysHow would you like the feature to work - more similar to google analytics, be able to see top page views and number of unique visitors on the page at that moment in time. breakdown of orders, revenue, products sold and locations of purchases.Current Behaviour - current real time reports are limited to three variables, you can't modify the visualizations, and doesn't work for variables that have processing rules. Description - Permissions for segments / calculated metrics / etc are explicitly connected to the one suite under which it is created. On the surface, this makes sense... but many companies use Virtual Suites to control access to specific sites or regional variations within their global footprint... however, unless those users are granted access to the main global suite, they cannot use/access components (even when explicitly shared to those users).   Being able to explicitly choose multiple suites on a component (particularly something based on completely "global" dimensions or metrics - like a "Referrer: Google" segment, or a PVs/Visits metric that could apply to any tagging profile) should be accessible from multiple suites.    At the very least, there should be a way to all all virtual suites created from the main to have access, even if the main suite is not part of the user's permissions.   Creating multiple copies of a segment or metric to use on ev

Description - With the feature "make date range components relative to panel calendar", if you change the panel date range to a different amount of time (ex, 7 days to 30 days), the number of days in the date ranges in your table stay the same. For example, if I set my panel to a week, and bring in "last week", it works. But if I change my panel range to 30 days, the component in the table still stays at 7 days. Having the option to adjust the amount of days based on the number of days in the panel range would be useful.   Why is this feature important to you - This is important because sometimes dashboard users want to look at different time periods, and if we want accurate YoY numbers, then we need to make multiple versions of the same panel. Having the number of days update automatically would prevent us having to make the same dashboard multiple times.  How would you like the feature to work - Have an option when creating a preset date range to enable

I know my company loves the metric gauge visualizations available in Omniture dashboards in order to understand how their website is performing relative to benchmarks. It would be great to have this visualization made available in AW, or something similar that serves the same purpose.

It would be helpful if annotations would appear if the user uses a segment or a quick segment to filter the data instead of just a dimension-level filter. I find that most in my organization filter at the panel level and not the dimension/metric level, so annotations that I have set up do not appear in those instances. They are still relevant regardless of where the filter is applied.  In my attached screenshot, you can see that if the filter is set for the country site for Japan (where this annotation applies) at the metric level, the annotation appears. If the user utilizes the quick segment for the country site Japan, there is no annotation, although it is exactly the same data. The annotation that I built really should also apply here, but support determined this is the expected behavior for this feature.

Upgrade the "Core - Enters Viewport" to match GTM behavior, precision and getting the "Click Element" variable into AA. Cf. support ticket linked attached.

Description - In Alerts, weekday filter alerts email should be sent on weekdays and weekends filter alerts email should be sent on weekends Why is this feature important to you - Monitoring the daily data on weekdays and weekends How would you like the feature to work - In weekday filter is applied in an alert, if the alert is triggered on weekend the alert email should not be sent for the weekend. Same thing for the weekends filter, if the alert triggered on the weekday then the email should not be sent for the weekday. In brief, weekday filtered alerts should be sent on weekday only and weekend filtered alerts should be sent on weekends only. Current Behaviour - for the weekday filters, if the alert is triggered on weekend, then the email is sent with the data as ZERO.

It would be nice to have the ability to download all segment definitions into csv file, just like dowloading of report suite information into csv file.  I want to be able to document them offline.
