How to Download Report: Go to Admin > All Admin > Data Configuration & Collection > Logs > Usage & Access Log Specify a date range filter. You can enter a date manually in the format YYYY-MM-DD or click the Calendar icon to select a date. Note: You cannot select a period longer than three months a time when downloading Usage Log data. Using the “Event Type” dropdown, you can filter through your user’s actions to download the datasets you are more interested in viewing. Select an event type and hit “Search.” The results will display event type data from your organization’s users during the specified date range. Event type Description No Category Could be any event type. Login failed User login process failed. Login successful User logged in successfully. Hello! I had shared a project with a co-worker, but instead of sharing just the one project, all of my projects in that particular folder were shared with my co-worker. I went into each project and removed her name from the 56 projects that she didn't need access to and then created folders for each of my co-workers. I then moved the projects that each needed and shared the projects with them. I created seven folders and moved the 57 reports into the correct person's folder. Today, when I opened Adobe Analytics and went to that folder,  the seven "sub" folders I had created were there, but the reports that I had moved were not. Also, all of the reports I had "unshared" with my co-worker had her listed as sharing again!  Anyone out there that can give me insight on what I did wrong? I don't want to "fix" this again, to only have it happen tomorrow when I open Adobe Analytics. Thank you in advance.

Hi 🙂 I need to create the metric "page value" (like Google Analytics). To do that I found 2 possibilities: - create a custom metric revenue (with attribution model linear with visit as a lookback window) / page views - create a new event "revenue" with participation active and divide this new success event for page views Is it correct?

There is Analysis. Then there are non-analysis tasks such as report generation, tool configuration, verifying how Adobe Analytics (AA) counts, etc. And there is tool adoption. Tool adoption is getting people within the organization to use Adobe Analytics to make better business decisions. You and Management want to see better adoption as an indicator that the Business is making fact-base decisions. Management also wants to see better adoption as a value measure for the tool: AA is expensive, staff better be using it.How can you increase tool adoption?How can you measure tool adoption?The point of this story is to elicit your own tool adoption efforts/stories. Hi,Month wise unable to get the correct data of the unique user in the report. Analytics ID is the dimension, when the user login the website we used to get the analytics id (example : 3c65f54df2664cd2a98f8602b80487b2) When we mapped to user related metrics is not populating the unique user in the report.Need a unique user in the metrics as have like in the analytics id dimension.And also we tried the calculated metrics by using various formula, then also we are not getting the unique data.The above BIT:Active  Analytics ID is calculated metrics, for each analytics ID we are getting value that is unique user. But in this case we, total value is not the correct data. When we download the report in excel, we are getting correct unique user data report but total is not showing correctly in the metrics.So please suggest a metric to get the correct unique user data. 

Hi.  We have a client in which we are trying to do the following: We aim to utilize data acquired from an object stored in local storage for segmenting purposes in Adobe Analytics. The challenge lies in the fact that when this data is captured into an eVar it's treated as strings, making it difficult to create the desired segments based on numerical criteria. Our objective is to collect this data in formats such as integers, floats, or dates to enable more precise segmentation within Adobe Analytics. For example, we'd like to capture the "numberOfOrdersPlaced" as an integer so that the client can create segments as follows: Segment | numberOfOrdersPlaced (0-9)Segment | numberOfOrdersPlaced (10-19)Segment | numberOfOrdersPlaced (20-29) When I try to create such segments I don't have operators that allow that:  Is it possible to do it, or is there a workaround that I can use so that the client can create these segments? Thank you.

Some of our URLs are rather long and the final path gets cut off in reporting. Is there a way to filter out the initial scheme, subdomain, domain, top-level domain, and initial paths so we are left with the final paths in reporting?

The filters should become intuitive in CJA and should be able to filter itself as per other filter selections made on the fly. 

We have one master dataview that we replicate for multiple regions. We would like the option where the master is updated with a new data source and all the children get updated automatically

I am looking to have a unique request ID be set as a variable returned in some of my Rules. I would like to be able to create a data element in Adobe Data Collection that lets me capture this requestID every time an event comes in and use that value.  Is this something that is possible?

Hi Everybody,  I have a client that implemented the dataLayer like this (See the pictures):1) He made a dataLayer push that is going to sent the information2) He  put this code "window.adobeDataLayer = Object.assign({}, window.dataLayer)" The problem is that when i tried to use the adobeDataLayer i dont have any connection between Tags and the adobeDataLayer you now if this problem is because we use this code or it's any other thing? Thanks

Hello! We would like to have data about the number of content download. I created a free form panel with the Page Name and the content download metric. However, when we add a segment that filter according to the meta Keywords (Hit level), there is no values.   Do you have any ideas why? Thanks in advance!

I am seeing unexpected data in the Activity Map Link dimension. Does anyone know how I can locate where (what page) a link is coming from?? 

I ran into an issue while trying to create segments that divide our visitors per country.Assuming we have a site called example.com/en-us/ with a few other countries (let's say en-gb and it-it for the example). The site contains various sections that we would like to track such as example.com/application/en-us/ and example.com/en-us/article-page When trying to create segments that isolate /application/en-us/ from all the others. Including the default pages example.com/en-us.I set the segment as follows: Include: VisitorURL contains " /application/en-us/ " However, when using the segment and viewing the URL list the segment still displays most pages from example.com/en-us that do not contain application in the URL. Our setup is a little bit weird, but this should give more or less of an idea of our URLs. Is there anything I'm missing from setting up the segments correctly? Hi everyone, in one of the e-commerce events, such as scPurchase, i am trying to set the variables for products and payment as suggested in the AA product string builder guide (https://techdocs.searchdiscovery.com/adobe-solutions/adobe-launch/launch-extensions/aa-product-string-builder/tutorials/e-comm-order-placed)In particular, i am setting additional merch evars (with product syntax) for both products and payments. Let the situation beeVarX = sku (in products)evarY = id (in payments)everything works correctly and i am getting data, however, in analysis workspace, if i use eVarX as a dimension and Revenue/Orders/any other success event i see the correct eVarX line items and metrics and an unspecified line item. By breaking down the unspecified line item by evarY i get the evarY value. Thus, i am basically getting unspecified line items, corresponding to the eVarY payment evarY when i should not get them within the freeform table. I observe this behavior in an
