Adobe Data Warehouse UI

There seems to have been a number of issues with the Data Warehouse UI as of late: 

  • Schedule button frequently won't open on multiple browsers
  • Data Warehouse requests won't open to view details
  • Reports made sometimes don't get created despite hitting 'request this report'

 

Is this a known issue/is there a known solve? This is making it difficult to maintain reporting

Unfortunately, I don't have the new UI yet, and I haven't seen those particular issue posted here... so I don't know if these are common issues... 

 

However, I have seen other issues with the new UI. 

 

I highly recommend that you raise these issues with client care so that the engineering team can look into these sooner and if these are valid bugs for the UI affecting multiple people they can start working on them sooner....
