Is anyone seeing a drop in Chrome desktop traffic starting around Sep 9? I'm leaning toward believing this is an issue with Chrome's 117 rollout, but I just wanted to see if anyone else was also experiencing a drop.

Yesterday, without notice, the data warehouse UI changed.  In the process only 10 segments show up.  Where did all my other segments go?  How do I get them back?  They are all still in the components section under segments.   

Hi,Does anyone know how to export time metrics (like time on site or time spent per visit) to excel? When I download a dashboard with time metrics form Adobe Analytics Workspace, I get completely different numbers in Excel. I have the same problem with Report Builder.Example 1: fragment of a workspace dashboard:This is what I see when I download these numbers to Excel. The numbers seem incomprehensible and unusable to me.Example 2: fragment of a table I requested with Report Builder in Excel:My current workaround is to download the numbers I need from the Reports section (instead of Workspace or Report Builder). Then copypaste the numbers to the Excel dashboard. This works for the Average Time on Site metric. For the Total Seconds Spent on Site (default metric), If someone comes to the site then walks away from their desk, how much time will show on the report?

Hi,I want to know about the user after login the website and how much of time spending, then leaving the PC for one hour, after the user come back how much time spent. That is user in between the entry level and exit level, how much time user has spent on site?  

I need to know is there any old adobe analytics plugin called "s.createData" and "s.updateData"? If there can you, please send me the documentation link of it.

HiIs there a way to make a shared dashboard showing traffic from a single CID-trackingcode, that is appended to the URL of the very dashboard.So if https://URL-to dashboard?CID-trackingcode, then the dashboard fetch the queryString CID-trackingcode and filter the dashboard, so only relevant data for this specific CID-tracking code is shown in the dashboard. Is it possible and how?Hope anyone knows:-)

Hello, I’m trying to figure out why some of my percentages when using eVars are adding up to > 100%.For example, in one of my eVars, "Is Using Push Notifications", the numbers are:- NO = 76.8%- YES = 30.6%- Total = 107.4%Since this is state, how is that possible that a user could occupy both yes and no? Don't eVars store the state and then replace it when it's updated? Thanks! 

While implementing link tracking in mobile sdk, I am passing some contextData which is being mapped to prop and evar in processing rules.Data is flowing into prop but not evar. What could be the possible reason behind this?  The processing rule is mapped exactly same for both with same context data The prop is enabled The evar is enabled The data below, first dimension is link Name, then breakdown with prop, then eVar

Hello all, we see since quite some time conversions and also sales volume attributed to our service mails. This is for us an issue since this always occurs when users reset their password to finish their purchase. Hence, we are not able to review the channel they came from. First, we wanted to use the URL-filter, but we have not a specific URL we can exclude. Therefore, we use for those mail, adobe tracking codes. Is there a way to exclude this tracking code, or did anyone solve this topic with another solution? Would appreciate any idea. Thanks!

Hi all,  I would like to build a calculated metric that checks if a specific event was triggered or not, then return the total number of visits of the pages where the event was triggered.  To clarify, I do not want the number of visits where the event was triggered, I want total page visits. Example: A page could receive 3k visits where a button was clicked in only 1k visits, so I do not want the 1k, I am interested in the 3k.  Is there such a way we could do that using calculated metrics?  Thanks in advance. 

Hi to everyone,my client asked me to find the number of new users for each months in the last three months.While at first, this problem seemed pretty easy, it turned out to be quite a mess.I thought about approaching the problem using a Venn Diagram in order to visualize both the returning and new users, using three segment for each months defined in this way:But it turns out that all the segment return a wrong number of users (almost 5M higher than expected). Do you have any suggestions?Thank you in advance!
