When a user gets their account locked out from entering too many incorrect passwords they have the ability to unlock their own account. The problem with that is they have no idea they can do that!! A simple request of a new password (the forgot your password link) will reset any locked account. I get so many emails about users asking me to reset locked accounts, that it is really becoming very time consuming. Please please please add some language to the 'you are locked out' message that will give the user some instructions on how to unlock their own account.

The latest version (currently v15) should always be the default one selected on the login page.  This should be easy to do, and would save us an extra click on almost every login.The 'Remember me' cookie does not help as we have to regularly clear cookies during testing.The last 'idea' for this is marked as "Implemented" - but it has fixed the version to 14, rather than dynamically selecting the first version in the list, which is (should be) always the latest version.

It would be nice if all Referrer Reports (Referrers, Referrer Type, Referring Domain, Original Referring Domain) were correlated to the pages report by default.  That way we don't have to use one of our data correlation slots for it.

I am sure I can pay to have more than 15 two-variable Data Correlations for my account. We have only been serious about using Omniture for six months and have already ran out of these data correlations. Please allow more by default - perhaps 30.

Could you add the "Creation Date" as an additional field in the Data Correlation Admin screen?  It would be good to know when correlations were created in the event someone needs to know when the data started collecting or if you just need to "clean up" correlations.

When looking at existing correlations they only show "Traffic X" although the drop downs when building these, show the assigned name and slot number.  IDEA: Please show the business assigned names for variables in Correlations along with their variable number

We are constantly going in and changing our 2 item traffic correlations depending on what we are testing, debugging or analyzing at the time.  I would be great to get more 2-item correlations now that we have full subrelations on all evars.

I've created a lot of dashboards for individuals throughout the company.  I would like to give access to specific data to just one or a few individuals for each dashboard, restricting who gets to see certain proprietary information.  For example, our outside vendors should only be allowed to view data they specifically need to do the work we've contracted with them to do and nothing more. Right now I can push the dashboards to specific people, but in doing so, you have to share the dashboards, which allows anyone who has access to our Omniture reporting, to view any and all dashboards through the Manage Dashboards area.  I am able to automate the dashboards to be sent to specific people but here's my dilemma with that... the individual reports within the dashboards give totals at the bottom, but cut off listings/ line items greater than about 15 - 20.  So the only way to see an entire month of daily totals, is to open the individual report themselves, or for me to open it and send it t

I manage over 900 Report Suites. Needless to say I try to keep the number of reports to a minimum but if you have more than 5 or 6 dashboards or several clients, having subfolders keeps all your reports clean and organized. >FAVORITES>DASHBOARDS>******* you could have subfolders> Division Dashboards>Speciallty campaigns>Client Name etc.....

Would be good to have a setting for SAINT import to treat empty cells as empty and not as "keep old value". Currently you have to overwrite empty strings with "~empty~" to delete values.

When looking at a single date range, using 7/11/2010 - 7/17/2010, I don't like that when I then select to "Compare Dates" and select the week prior (7/4/2010 - 7/10/2010), the "Change" column does the calculation based on OLD minus NEW (i.e. week ending 7/10/2010 minus week ending 7/17/2010 - see attachment).  The only way to get around this is to move the order of the date ranges to pull the old dates first; however, this doesn't seem like a great solution, since the report then shows the older data next to the prop/evar values.It would be great if the "Change" column would calculate based on the left column of data minus the right column of data.

We are facing an issue where a user has scheduled about 12 reports to all run at the same time and it is causing a backup on the system. Would be nice if there was one place to view all scheduled report instances as an admin in the admin console. I know I could log in as him and view what he has setup, but if this were multiple users, it would be a headache to log in and out as these users to edit the scheduling.

I was working on a report for a couple hours today, and I had saved it / reopened multiple times.  Now when I go to open it, it says it has not changed since 3/17 (yesterday) and when I load it today's changes are gone. Maybe this is a bug and my changes are lost.  If I screwed up, what may have happened is that I opened an autosaved project when I was working on it, and later deleted the autosave version not realizing thats where I put my changes.  So its my hope the autosave'd version can be restored somehow. Anyhow, yeah, whether I messed it up or there is a bug, I could use help recovering the project.

The text for the event "Login Created" would be much more useful if it also had the name of the user created. I was looking for who and when a particular user was being created, but noticed that this is not available.However, when a login is edited, or deleted, the username is shown, and is searchable.Please add the username to the Login Created event.

I would love to have "Recent Projects" in the Discover menu much like the "Recent Workbooks" in Excel. I know that I can mimic that on my own by doing File > Open Project and then sorting by "Date Modified" but I would still like that a few clicks sooner.

One of the great things about Report Builder is being able to copy multiple requests into a new worksheet and then edit the report suite or date range on all of them.The above is particularly useful when you are having to report across different sites e.g. for multiple markets as it is extremely quick to roll out once the additional requests have been created (simply by editing by group). The ability to segment in Site Catalyst is a huge step forward and this functionality is now available via RB version 4.2. However if I create e.g. 20 requests all with a certain segment e.g. New Visitors, I have no easy way to copy these 20 requests and change the segment on them all at once e.g. Returning Visitors. You would have to either recreate all the requests or copy them and individually change the segment applied. I think the ability to change the segment on multiple requests at once is a great idea for Report Builder and will help save time/increase efficiency on report production. Andrew

Previous date metrics (prior week, 4-weeks, 52-weeks) showing in total metrics report are not being displayed consistently if using a Customized calendar. They will only work properly when the Calendar is left at its Default setting. The default setting being Sunday-Saturday weeks.Being in Europe, weeks normally run from Monday to Sunday, so I have to use a Customized calendar which in turn makes it impossible to rely on this very meaningful comparison.

Currently, only standard events can be chosen when creating custom calculated metrics. It would be so helpful if we could select our own custom events. A related issue I am running into, is that I want to keep some of my Standard Events as is like scAdd (Cart Addition) but I want to use a custom event that is this same variable but serialized for my custom metric. I don't believe there is a solution to either of these - thank you.

We have monetized our pages with a couple of events. However, this is sensitive information we would like to limit access. We would like to be able to hide/show a custom event metric by user group. 

Hi, I was trying to create a dashboard reportlet for page views for the current month and another reportlet with the same page views for the last 3 months so that i can compare the two. However, it would be ideal for my comparison if i could get the average of the last 3 months or 6 months (based of requirements) instead of the total page views for the period mentioned. Thanks

When I'm accessing reports via my.omniture.com, a large percentage of functionality still remains. However, when I tap Add Metrics, I am successfully able to drag metrics around, but when I click OK, the tab with the metrics in it closes and the report is not updated. I tried hitting refresh, but that didn't help. I'm assuming the functionality is the same on iPhone, but I tested this using Safari on my iPad with the latest version of iOS. Thanks

Currently, the "Total Single Access" and "Total Entries" metrics aren't available in ReportBuilder, so there is no easy way of providing site wide bounce rates. Getting these implemented would be extremely helpful.
