Ability to Manage All Scheduled Reports As Admin

We are facing an issue where a user has scheduled about 12 reports to all run at the same time and it is causing a backup on the system. Would be nice if there was one place to view all scheduled report instances as an admin in the admin console. I know I could log in as him and view what he has setup, but if this were multiple users, it would be a headache to log in and out as these users to edit the scheduling.
