Hi Team,For one of my client when i take evar2(pagename)a s dimension and applied pageviews and visit as metric then i am getting visit count more than page view count     (Unexpected behaviour)but when i check the same report with OOB dimension(page) and applied pageviews and visit as metric then i am getting pageview counts more than visits     (Expected ) why this is happening ? how to investigate this issue ?evar2 expiring on visit 

Hi All,For one of my client we are getting visits no higher than the pageviews for "july" and "sep" month.The site has Tealium server side implementation so we couldn't validate it.We have access to adobe analytics, If i want to perform some analysis to find out the root cause.What could be the potential reason for this issue, How to approach to find out the reason, Which kind of analysis  i can perform to find the solution. 

Hello, when reviewing the SAP and Adobe Analytics “Revenue” data with the client we have a difference of 10% to 12%. I understand that the data will never be exact but there is a way to lower this %  

I have a report that includes the "Last Month to Date" metric. That date range is currently pulling as "Mar 1, 2024 - Feb 29, 2024" and resulting in "zeros".

Hi,We’re currently retrieving metric values for specific dimensions through the Adobe Analytics API for individual dates. However, we’ve encountered a discrepancy when aggregating these metrics over a date range. Our calculated aggregate doesn’t align with the one reported by Adobe Analytics, likely due to the deduplication process within the tool. Could someone provide guidance on reconciling this aggregation inconsistency between our calculations and those of the Adobe Analytics platform? Thanks in Advance,Jesbin

I have a user that is getting the old reports and analytics interface on logging into analytics.  It is the screen under workspace when clicking on that option. 

It seems that for a week or so now, there are odd transparency issues in Adobe Analytics.  Just wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this before I create a bug ticket.   You can see when you right click on any table, the resulting dropdown is transparent.  In some cases, this is really hard to see when overlapping with something else beneath it.   Might just be with dark mode?    This is not consistently happening and seems to only occur when starting a new report in Workspace.    

Let there be a case that, there are 10 orders today. Each order contains 2 products (A+B). Now I want to count how many products are sold today, how can I get the result?Obviously the expected answer will be 20. But if I use the metric 'Order (Purchase Event)', it returns 10. And if I use the function 'Approximate Count Distinct (dimension)', it returns the count of a strange product bundle, which contains products not sold today(C) and changes among dates (ABCDE yesterday & ABCFG today).Can someone tell me the right way, thanks.

Am trying to find out what campaign source codes drove traffic 4 weeks prior to getting to the site with a particular campaign source. Can you check the screenshot and help to improve? 

The endpoint guides indicate you can use the "definition" expansion in a projects request, but no definition is showing in the response when I try e.g. https://analytics.adobe.io/api/{GLOBAL_COMPANY_ID}/projects?includeType=all&expansion=definition I can retrieve definitions just fine when looking at individual project ids, but not when requesting all projects even though the documentation seems to indicate I should be able to.  Any thoughts on this one?

Hi, my team is working on a technical approach to implement Adobe Analytics on our mobile application, but we have hit a wall because we have both native components written in Swift and Kotlin, but we also have hybrid components written in JavaScript and mediated via Capacitor.  Our research has surfaced that there used to be a Cordova plugin which seems to have passed the data on to Adobe Analytics, but this has since been deprecated. (As an aside, we did also read the following questions posted on Experience League: Thread 1, Thread 2) Is there anybody with a current hybrid mobile application architecture that has faced the need to implement AA and has found an alternative? Is the Mobile Implementation SDK the only current option?Another way to think about this: for anyone who was relying on Apache Cordova to mediate their hybrid application, what has happened since the deprecation and has anyone explored any alternatives?  Thank you! 

Is there a functionality within the mobile sdk where you can set up automatic click event tracking when a user clicks on a button or link? It looks like there is a solution on web maybe with the clickCollectionEnabled functionality - is there anything similar for mobile app?

Maybe it's me having a brain cramp but I can't figure this out. I have this specific use case that came up where I need to provide select individuals with limited access to just a single dashboard. This dashboard resides in a report suite that has multiple published dashboards, is it possible for a user to only have view only access on a specific dashboard within a report suite and ensure they cannot access other dashboards? 

Hi there, I am looking to automate a file upload to Adobe Analytics data source FTP. Upon going through the activation wizard, it seems like I can only configure 3 events, is there a limitation!? There are over 10 events I am looking to upload in a single file, how do we get around that?  Thanks.

I have a dimension where 5 pages are listed and the counts of id's visited each page, I need to find how many ID's dropped out between two Pages, for an example, on page 1 there were 10 id's and on page 2 there were 8 id's, i want to find how to list those 2 missing ID's
