Adobe Analytics

Now that google has encryptet paid search keywords we get a lot of "not provided" in the paid keywords reports. Unfurtunately if you have linkedin your Adwords account with your Google Analytics account you still get the keyword data. For this we get a lot of push back from clients.Make it possible to add a Google Adwords account in the admin console so we get the same data in Analytics. I know that the Media Optimizer product allows for this but many are not ready to pay the price for this. Its a serious disadvantage for Analytics that will drive Google Analytics uptake, so please consider this asap.

Hi there,An idea that would be really useful for us is metric filters/criteria in workspace.At the moment if you drop an Evar on a free form table you can filter based on values.What I would love to see is the ability to do this on metrics (greater than / less than) as currently we have to do these reports in report builder / excel.An (very crude) example of what I am after is below.ThanksDave

I currently love and use the "Compare Time Periods" option frequently, but it only works in certain situations (for instance, it isn't an option if I have "days" as a dimension in the report), and I can't drag in Time Periods I've already created. I frequently want that sort of "compare" functionality on all sorts of different columns.What I would love is to always be able to create a column that compares two other columns in the table. Summary change is nice but not if you have a lot of items in the report to compare. Quick calculated metrics and such are nice but don't give you flexibility with time periods.

There are two use cases for VRS component customization:1: Specifying a smaller set of core components to be available in a VRS (auto-exclude anything new)2: Removing specific components that might not be applicable to a VRS (but wanting everything else included)By default, any new component created in the parent report suite is placed in the Exclude bucket, this works great for use case #1, but for use case is #2, we constantly have to be going into the VRS settings to move new components from "Exclude" to "Include".It would be awesome if there were a toggle in the VRS settings to auto include, or auto exclude newly created components.

The current document for A4T says that every metric is available, including any custom or calculated metrics that are built-in in Analytics. However, when we select the calculated metrics as the primary goal for an activity in Target, the lift and confidence calculations are not available in Target and Analytics.Edit: While this idea is being considered for future, it would be awesome if Adobe can share how to build a calculated metric in Adobe Analytics for confidence interval calculation. I understand that the calculated metric builder has some advanced formula and functions but how to use them for the confidence calculation?

Currently, there is no way to do instant segmentation from within SiteCatalyst which is a real draw-back.  For example, if you want to make a segment of all Visits where a visitor purchased something or logged-in, the only way to do this is thourgh a DataWarehouse Request, an ASI slot or Discover since there will be Page Views already collected prior to when the visitor took the action (Purchase or Login).  This functionality is available in Google Analytics, but that is due to the fact that data is delayed by one day.  I would be ok with having the option to delay my data (i.e. 24 hours) to have this functionality.  Basically, there are many times when you want to wait until the entire Visit is dojne, before deciding which data set to send the data to. Here is an example of why this is so critical.  Let's say you want to see all of your data by Purchasers vs. Non-Purchasers, but you only know if they are a Purchaser by seeing if at some point in the Visit they bought something. There is an important option missing in the date rage panel.We can select the current period but not the selected period of the workspace. So it's not possible to create dynamic comparison to the current time range users set in the workspace.In other words we absolutely need these options:- current day- current week- current month- current quarter- current year- current date range

I'm new to Adobe Analytics, currently migrating from Webtrends.Only very few things work better in Webtrends than in Adobe.But the one feature that have surprised me most, not being available in Adobe is the option to Create a Dimension.In Workspace i can create a metric, a segment and a date range. But not a dimension - something i would see as one of the most essential thing.My idea is to add a feature where i can create a dimension, in the same way as i would create a segment or a Metric.It would work in the exact same way as when i'm creating a segment.I select "+ New" and select "Create Dimension".I then select a other Dimension, as the basic for the new one, and add it to the definitionA new Dimension will in most cases be a subset of a existing Dimension.So in the most simple solution i would do a condition on the dimension it self, and that it.But it can also be a case where i want to define the sub-set on the relation to a other dimension or metric,A basic example below 

Currently, you can only trend one metric in trended reports/graphs.  I wonder if there is a way to allow for trending multiple metrics in trend reports?

A nice feature to get would be to be able to run a report showing me where a specific calculated metric or segments is used, in order to make it easy to clean up and streamline calculated metrics and segments across all suites, users, reports, dashboards etc…It might be possible to get an overview over Discover Projects, dashboards, bookmarks and scheduled reports using specific segments and calculated metrics across all Adobe Marketing Cloud products.More difficult to find may be non-scheduled Excel Client or Report Builder reports using any of those and in case those can’t be found (maybe by looking at what has been refreshed last 3 months etc.) a better warning in those reports telling the user that a specific segment or calculated metric has been removed/replaced by something else.This feature would make administrating large enterprise accounts way easier that it is today. This will help us maintain a high reporting quality by users not knowing everything going on with the tool and

Why is this feature important to you?This feature is crucial to me because it would greatly improve my workflow and make creating proof galleries much easier and faster. The current cloning/healing tool in Lightroom is extremely ineffective and does a terrible job at cloning. Having the AI generative fill feature would allow me to effortlessly extend or fill areas of a photo, eliminating the frustrations and limitations of the current tool. How would you like the feature to work?Ideally, I would like the feature to function similarly to Photoshop. I envision being able to select a specific area using a marquee tool and then simply clicking a "generative fill" option to initiate the cloning or healing process. Some of our dashboards use multiple report suites, for example, we have one RS for web and one for iOS. It would be nice to replace the Dashboards with Analysis Workspace projects since most users of Dashboards are not analysts. The biggest barrier for them using the data is that they don't know which dimension, metric, etc. to use. By having curated dimensions, metrics and segments they wouldn't have to search or ask me what to use.
