Can't trash proofs in proofing HQ

Hello!  

 

I have a system admin that is unable to delete a proof in proofing HQ. Every time they try they receive the following message (screenshot attached): You have no permissions to delete 1 items.

 

Anyone know why?

we’ve noticed a few users who have duplicated accounts and are signed in with their account that has no access. Has this somehow happened to your user?
