Allow Users to "Report To" someone in a different company

Add the ability on a user profile, to choose the "Report To" as someone in a different company.

My organization uses contractors, vendors and temp-to-hire staff. I need to set them up in the company they are from, but I need the "Report To" to be a manager from my company.

Current functionality only allows the users "Report To" field to be populated from someone in the same company.

Not being able to choose the appropriate manager impacts reports, dashboards & workfront communications.
