Would like to compare the value of two columns in a workfront report and filter if they are not equal

One column has the owner:name and the other column has the lastUpdatedBy:name.  I want to create a text filter that compares the value and only displays if they are not equal.  It is an hour report.

I tried your suggestion from the link but the popup never appears for me to put the second field in the filter
