Workfront New MS Teams integration

We are in the process of implementing Workfront in our organization, and we were interested in integrating Workfront with MS Teams. I saw in this help article that Workfront only integrates with Classic teams, however our organization uses new Teams. 

 

Classic teams will reach end of life on July 1, 2025 -- are there any current workarounds for integrating with new MS Teams?

    Hi Christiane, a number of the Workfront Support team members read this community and would be the best people to respond -- if it was an urgent ask, I would recommend you open up a case with Workfront Support and they would be able to reach out to the development team to ask on your behalf. Often, the customer success team may also know, and they also read this community regularly.

      I use the Workfront app in MS Teams daily without issue and we're in new Teams. I suspect the Experience League documentation needs to be updated. Give it a try and, as @skyehansen encouraged, submit a ticket if something isn't working as expected.
