Workfront integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Hi All, I'm full of questions this week! Does anyone here use an integration between Workfront and Saleforce Marketing Cloud to help manage email campaigns across multiple departments? It takes a village here to get an email out- we all play a role, and right now- managing the workstream is very clunky and manual. And I'm curious if there is a future state out there to aspire towards. Additionally- if anyone out there is managing marketing emails- how do you manage the approval process? Ours seems very laborious- we send the emails out to people to review and test, and then aggregate the comments from email responses, and continue doing that until the marketing email is approved. There's got to be a better way!! And if it's not through proofhq integration w/WF- is there another product out there, that would integrate w/WF for a more streamlined approval process. tks! Karen - one of my users just approached me last week about a Salesforce and Workfront integration for email and direct mail sends. I have not been able to dig into this possibility much yet, but I believe the best solution would be to develop an API. There are a couple of canned ones out there but I am not sure they deal with the campaign creation issue. We design the email in Dreamweaver We upload to our third party vendor that generates a test URL We use that URL to generate a proof in ProofHQ Comments are collected by approvers Edits are made and a new URL is generated Process repeats until all approval given This keeps all the comments together and there is no need to aggregate the comments. With the new ability to compare two separate proofs, the approver can compare the two versions to see if the changes were made. Hi We are in the process of onboarding to Workfront and one of the first obstacles we have is that ProofHQ doesn't allow html files. Your solution sounds pretty good. May I ask what third party vendor you use to generate the URL? Thanks! Jill Ackerman Lindblad Expeditions
