Workfront integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hi All, I'm full of questions this week! Does anyone here use an integration between Workfront and Saleforce Marketing Cloud to help manage email campaigns across multiple departments? It takes a village here to get an email out- we all play a role, and right now- managing the workstream is very clunky and manual. And I'm curious if there is a future state out there to aspire towards. Additionally- if anyone out there is managing marketing emails- how do you manage the approval process? Ours seems very laborious- we send the emails out to people to review and test, and then aggregate the comments from email responses, and continue doing that until the marketing email is approved. There's got to be a better way!! And if it's not through proofhq integration w/WF- is there another product out there, that would integrate w/WF for a more streamlined approval process. tks!
