Workfront Integration with Creative Cloud issues

Hello-

 

My organization recent implemented the Workfront plugin to our Creative Cloud apps.

 

When i try to submit a file through the plug in, it just bring me to the Workfront webpage in Chrome. Is this correct, or should i be able to submit files to Workfont natively within the Creative Cloud app with no switching back to Chrome?

 

If i should be able to submit files directly within a Creative Cloud app, do i need to change settings or permissions in order to allow this?

I don't personally use the plugin but from what I've seen and read you shouldn't have to go to Workfront if you have the plug in installed. You should be able to load the documents directly from your application. What application are you trying to load a file through? There are some that aren't supported through the plugin.
