Hi Caroline, They can be used for gift cards once you've earned enough of them and you find them on your profile under "Contributions" and "Redeemable Rewards"! With Community 2.0 coming we are working on revamping how this type of reward system and point system is set up, but for now, this is what we have! Thanks, Kyna
