please help me, how to get free trial account of adobe workfront.

You can request a demo from Workfront from their home page, here's the link to their request demo button:

https://business.adobe.com/products/workfront/get-demo.html

From there a sales rep would be able to schedule a demo and get you access to a demo instance on what they call the Test Drive. They're valid for 30 days (unless the sales rep extends it.)
