Workfront Experience - New Layout template not updating for one user.

I have 2 users that are set up exactly the same. They both use the same layout template but it doesn't update for one of them.

I have attached a photo to show what's different. I updated the left panel icons but the update is only showing for one of them.

This is the view of the same project for each of them.

Any ideas?

Hi Tracy,

I'm guessing the one on the left has more Access to that project than the one on the right, so they are seeing more left nav icons.

I don't think so. I've tested projects that neither are associated with and their view is still different. Plus I have admin rights and I see the reduced version as well. (which is what we want all to see)

I may have to put a ticket in for this one.

I called Workfront and resetting the user preferences fixed this.
