Workfront Dynamic Board User

I have a new team but not everyone needs to manage the new Dynamic Board in Workfront.  Is there an option to provide VIEW only access to maybe a Reader/Requestor license?  Or does anyone that wants to VIEW a Dynamic Board require Worker or higher license?

    as far as I know right now, everyone can see and add a board? We're on the new access levels structure (contributor, light, standard) and all three can see and add boards and cards.

    I had not added to the REQUESTOR and that has worked to provide access.   Now my concern is that they have the ability to move stuff around.  HA!  It would be nice if a future adjustment enable us to limit who can manipulate the board.

    Hi @angieh1 

     

    May be you can remove the Boards option on the main menu from the requestor group layout.(if you have one)

     

    If not, you can create a new one with the required main options only and share it with only Requesters group/team only.
