Workfront Automation

Hi,

I am having a requirement where my project status should get updated automatically to be completed or in progress status depends on the start and end date, specified for the project. I got a clue that i need to write a rule for that. but not sure where and how to proceed with the rule for the projects. Can someone guide me for this one.

Our project timelines and statuses are an aggregate of assigned tasks.  If a project is opened and it has 10 tasks, the end date will be determined by the total of all task lengths and not the somewhat arbitrary dates provided in the request.  There is an option for our projects to be calculated based on a predetermined end date but we choose not to operate this way and instead we opt for the "total amount of work required for this project" idea.
