Workfront Asset Disk Space

We are working on exporting all assets that are currently loaded directly with Workfront to an external storage location. I am being asked to identify what storage sizes I can expect. Is there a way to identify disk space storage sizes for the assets loaded and archived in workfront?

In anticipation of some questions, here is a quick Q&A?

Q: Do we have access to Fusion
A: No

Q: Are we syncing our assets with Adobe Assets?
A: Not at the current time

Q: What plan are we running?
A: Workfront Prime

you should work with your Workfront system admin. This person should be able to run a report to identify all uploaded assets (the document version report should work) which should come with a size for each one. You shouldn't do this on your own, as you'll need admin access to see all files in the system.

@bdst3ck just checking in! Were you able to get this resolved? If one of the replies above helped—whether it completely solved the issue or simply pointed you in the right direction—marking it as accepted can make it much easier for others with the same question to find a solution. And if you found a different way to fix it, sharing your approach would be a great contribution to the community. Your follow-up not only helps close the loop but also ensures others benefit from your experience. Thanks so much for being part of the conversation!
