Work list doesn't remove the proof after I've made a decision

Since moving over to the new Workfront Experience, one of the things that's challenging for a lot of us who are reviewing and approving proofs is that the proof notification in my work list doesn't disappear right away. It used to go away right after I made a decision of approved or changes required and then I'd move onto the next proof. Now it seems like it can take up to a day to refresh. Is there a lag in the system or a reason as to why it takes so long to update? Anyone else have troubles with this? Thanks!

Hi Katrina,

This sounds like there is a lag! Can you please submit a ticket to support about this? The change from Classic to the new experience shouldn't have any effect on the items staying in the Worklist.
