Why would our Planned Completion date field be missing from Requests?

All requests under this specific Request are missing the "Planned Completion Date" field. Previously, it would be there by default.

 

What would be the change that resulted into this field being removed from a Request? What settings should I look at to troubleshoot this?

Hi,

 

In your queue settings, under Queue Details >> New Issue Fields, do you have "Planned Completion Date" checked?
