Which Report Type best to collect about Finance detail of projects?

Hi,

Which is the suggested type report to pull "project new value" in "GROUPING"?

I want to pull below detail in the list,

i) Project Name,

ii) Company,

iii) Project Expense

iv) Resource Planner Budget Cost

Please suggest.
