What's the best way to view a users system activity?

What's the best way to view a users system activity?


I've clicked on their names and clicked on system activity via the 'updates' but this doesn't show requests submitted, status changes, etc, its not showing all the data.

 

Where can I get this/ the best way for it all to pull through?

Thanks - but this doesn't show system activity as such. It's just showing what they own, what tasks and issues they are assigned to etc but i'd like to see when they've taken action, their system activity
