WF Email Notifications

Hi All! 

 

I am currently working on a request WF email Notifications. The requester stated that "the notification subject line is the same as many other less important WF notifications. This has caused them to overlook emails. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about this?

You have the option to change the subject lines for notifications. Might be worth looking at although I don't know that any of them have  subject lines that are the same but possibly similar? 

 

Also, might be worth looking into which ones they view as "the same" and turning off the less valuable ones? 

  • For instance, we don't use the notification "Task Completion to Task Dependents" since it could just be one task of many predecessors that is completed. Instead we use "All Predecessor Task Completion to Task Dependents"
