We have one instance and want to move to two instances.. can we do this??

We currently have all our projects in one instance, with changes to the company we want to move some of the projects (with the custom forms, updates etc) to a separate instance... has anyone done this? Thanks in advance.. Kerryn Kerryn Orritt Nufarm

Hi Kerryn, I'd be curious about more details on your business needs that would drive a separate instance. I can tell you from the Workfront product vision's perspective, we are working hard on capabilities that enable a single company to work out of a single instance of Workfront. There are many capabilities that enable companies to do that successfully today (everything from appropriate access controls to separate of group structures). We are continuing to add to those capabilities so that you can have a single Operational System of Record without sacrificing the necessary security, controls, and permission between different business units. In short, we think you would likely be best served by having a single instance...but we do understand there could be unique or extenuating circumstance that may drive separate instances.
