We have dash board which reports hours. A subset of our users can only see the hours entered by people that report to them or their direct reports. We would like them to see all hours, regardless of who entered them? What am I missing?

I assume this has to do with how the users in this group are set up, but I haven't been able to determine what that is.

Just a suggestion...on the report on the dashboard, if you go to Edit Report, then Report Settings, there is a field called: Run this report with the Access Rights of..., where as a System Admin, you can add your name in, which will allow anyone who has access to the report to see the same information on the report that you can. This may solve the issue that you are having.
