User can't add content to certain parts of a report

Hello!

I have a user that accesses a report to assign work to his design team. The report has several projects and a column where he types starts to type the designer's name, the designer can be selected, and the team can access the report to see what projects they need to work on. Today, he's been unable to type anything for a couple of projects and I can't figure out why. I've added two screenshots, one shows a selected project with a small box in the Approval Assignments column visible where he can type a name. The other screenshot shows a different project highlighted where the box to enter a name isn't visible since he's unable to type anything. Other users, myself included, are not having any issues typing names in that column on any of the projects. Any ideas on what's going on?
