Hi,
I applied a filter "Status!=CUR" to filter out the projects under a program but after applying it I am unable to see any projects and Its throwing an error "An error has occurred and we are working to resolve the issue. To continue with your work, try refreshing this browser page."
Anyone has any idea what caused this problem or how to fix it ? Attaching a screenshot for reference.
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. TIA

Hi there, this usually means there's a critical error in the filter you're using - usually caused when you're in text mode and make a mistake. The easiest way to fix this is to reset your user settings by adding "resetUser" to the end of your instance's base URL. So it would be https://yourinstancename.my.workfront.com/resetUser - this will remove your personal preference settings such as which Filters, Groupings, and Views are currently applied across the system and reverts them to the default. Note that a few other things happen too - worth reading what happens here: Reset a user’s preferences.
Then, you can go into the offending filter and correct the mistake.
This doesnt seems like an issue with your filter, but lately the Workfront application itself is throwing this kind of errors for most of the clients. Adobe is having many minor/major issues and also lot of system maintenance activities.
