Transfer Dashboard/Report ownership

Is there a setting somewhere that I might be missing to let me transfer ownership of reports and dashboards? We've had some roles changes and some folks who made some reports/dashboards no longer need access to those items. However, since they created the dashboards and reports they keep ownership access. Is there a way to assign a new owner? I would like to avoid cloning the reports/dashboards and getting everyone to use the revised URL.
