Tips for transitioning your users to the new Workfront experience!
Are you still planning your transition? Here’s what you need to know and our favorite resources.
Timing:
- Support ended for Classic on March 31, 2022.
- The Classic interface will no longer be available in July with the 22.3 release (exact date TBD). Any users still on Classic will be transitioned to the new Workfront experience.

Planning and preparing:
- Want a plan to break down the work? 1-month plan to kick-off your transition and a sample transition project plan (MS Project file to import into your instance).
- Customize pre-written email templates in the Onboarding Guide to communicate the changes to your users (starting on page 18).
- Track your progress: Text mode to track transitioned users.
- Migrate your layout templates.
