Dear Workfront Community
i hope you're all well.
In our organisation some users flagged issues with closing timesheets. We dealt with majority of this and similar data entry problems by cleaning catche and cookies in Chrome, our primarily browser. One user however is still having trouble with this. Following all advise I could give she gets an error message stating: Something went wrong. Please contact Workfront administrator. In addition I have reviewed her profile and can confirm its set up no different to any other employee - she is part time, same employee status, timesheet, resource pool settings etc.
Has anyone came across similar problem? I will greatly appreciate your comments.
