I've noticed a few job opportunities trickling in over the past few weeks. I thought it would be good to create a specific thread where these openings could be posted If you are looking for a new gig, or have one to post, do so in the comments here. If we get a big response, we'll give job openings its own forum. -Nate Bagley --- Workfront Community Manager - Work Smart, Work Happy Message me directly at:

Hi Melinda, I'm just curious is that realistic to recruit someone for 6 months for such a position? For me it sounds odd to me. ImreMagyar VODAFONE Group

Hi Imre, I believe Collabera approached Melinda for the opportunity but she's likely very happy with her FTE role at Workfront. She then kindly passed the information on to the rest of us here in the community. This role is actually working alongside me here at T-Mobile, so I can answer (some) questions if you or anyone else wants to PM me. It is posted as a six month contract, because that is the length of funding that's been secured for the position. It's entirely in the realm of possibility (but by no means guaranteed) that the funding for the role gets extended beyond six months. I"m on a contract myself; and get approached regularly for WF admin opportunities, but four times out of five, they too are contracts that are only funded for a short time with the possibility to extend. My theory, based mostly on speculation, is that the job market hasn't yet figured out the value of an experienced WF admin - WF customers (or their HR departments!) don't foresee it being a permanent need, or assume there is a large pool of qualified candidates that they can drop into the role at any time - both of which are wrong. I personally am sticking with it as a career path because I like the product, and am hoping that over time, the role gains more traction and becomes generally recognized as an essential full time role.
