The best thing in 19.4 - Typeahead field enhancements

While I agree that this is a great enhancement, the character limit on the field leaves much to be desired. See my post from this morning:

I agree, David. So many possibilities. The users I currently support aren't formal PMs, so they have little use for it; but the first thing that came to mind for me for task Typeaheads was finally being able to produce RACI matrices at the task level. Having role-based Typeaheads in issue and project forms is a god send compared to the manual maintenance of those fields that has been required until now. Probably the star of the show for our org is the ability to validate against the project table, allowing users to identify specific projects when submitting an issue form. Of course, nothing is ever enough. Our users are already asking, "when can we select multiple values in these Typeahead fields that you are so excited about, William?" William English T-Mobile

Are the new Typeahead features available only in the New Experience? Mike Haleas

They're available in both Classic and New Experience. William English T-Mobile

There are admittedly some shortcomings, but I still love the field type and I believe the challenges are easy for the product team to overcome.
