Tasks Without a Custom Form, Grouped by Project

Hi WF Community, We have a custom form on the Task object for Invoicing. I want to run a report based on the following, and curious how to best do this: - Show a list of projects that haven't been invoiced; therefore there is no invoice form on ANY/ALL of the tasks in said projects Thanks.
