Tasks not appearing

HI Michelle, Sorry for the delay. Still catching up on emails after vacation. The layout template shouldn't have an impact because that just defines the default of what they see. Even if your layout template only shows them one View (I hope not), they should still have the ability to change or create their own View. So yes this solution may still work (assuming it's the same problem). Either way, it doesn't hurt anything to try. I haven't seen any negative impact doing the reset. I'd almost equate it to doing a browser refresh. So it's worth a shot.
