Task Time Approval

Is there a way to remove the need for an Approver on a timesheet, even if it includes Project or Task Time?

 

The profiles seem to only list Vacation, Family Medical, PTO, Sick & General as Available Hour Types - but Project & Task aren't included.

Hi! You can remove the need for users to submit a timesheet in the Timesheet Profiles area in Setup (Under Timesheet & Hours). There is a details tab where you can indicate timesheet approvers for ppl associated with the profile. If you put none there, there is no submission needed. This is also where you can indicate non-project hour types.

 

Hour types, including project/task time will show in the Hour Types page in setup, this is where you can add/remove/select which are active.
