Tagging multiple people on an update or approval

I was wondering if there was a way to tag multiple people at once for an update or an approval. We have a group of 4 on our regulatory team that need to proof almost every project. Is there an easier way to set them up so they would all get an email with the update - for instance could I create them as a user called Regulatory and their email is one that I have our IT setup as groupregulatory@email? Then it would email all 4 of them and I wouldn't have to tag each of them separately on every project?
