Setting up Campaigns/Projects for Sports Sponsorships
Hi everyone - We have a variety of sponsorships with sports/concert venues in our market. We have a project manager who works closely with our external vendor partners to fulfill the components of each sponsorship. Since many of the deliverables do not follow the same steps as our regular marketing projects because it might be reviewing copy, sending logos, or vendors are producing the deliverables, we have not been able to accurately capture all of our effort and time spent on these sponsorships in Workfront. Looking for any suggestions on how people have used WF to capture these types of sponsorships. Any help would be appreciated on how you have organized a campaign or tracked projects. We do have two basic templates in place but appreciate any additional ways we could be looking at this.
