Schedules for Student Workers

We have students that work in our photography department. Their work schedules change from week to week based on our photography shoot needs. The students are only allowed to work up to 18 hours a week (but the specific times they work throughtout the week change). How would you all recommend setting up schedules for them in workfront so that we can have their planned hours accurate and project timelines are accurate as well. Thanks! Hi Lauren - We have done something a bit similar here. I'm guessing that you're not using Workfront for their timekeeping/payroll and just need to show their resource availability? You could create a Schedule called 'students' and show the regular working hours to be 4 hours a day Mon-Friday. This may total 20 hours of availability, but it should help with your total hours available on assignments since they are only estimated/planned hours on a project.
